Escape to the serenity of the mountains in this private single-family home located in the exclusive gated community of Ruby Ranch. With breathtaking views in every direction, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat combines comfort, privacy, and convenience for the perfect mountain getaway. The main level features an open floor plan with hardwood floors and plenty of seating for the whole family. A cozy wood stove and smart TV create the perfect gathering place after a long day on the slopes, while the adjacent gourmet kitchen offers everything a chef could need to prepare meals at home. A spacious dining area with a large table is ideal for family dinners or game nights. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed, private en suite bathroom with a glass shower and double-sink vanity, and its own walk-out deck with stunning mountain views. There is also a guest bedroom upstairs with a queen bed along with a twin-over-twin bunk and en suite bathroom. Downstairs, there is an additional guest bedroom with a queen bed and an attached art studio with a utility sink and mini fridge. There is a full bathroom on this level as well. A bonus den with a sofa and smart TV provides an additional space for relaxing or entertaining. The home s outdoor living spaces are just as inviting as the indoors. Wrap-around decks offer panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, and a private hot tub overlooks the expansive valley, making it the perfect spot to unwind. A two-car garage and a large driveway provide plenty of parking, with space for multiple vehicles. Please note, there is only space for 1 vehicle in the garage. This Ruby Ranch retreat is available beginning November 1st for stays of one to six months, with a minimum of 30 nights required.
