Good location
Staff are very accommodating and helpful. The hotel situation is wonderful for shopping, bars/restaurants and sightseeing. Our room was ok but the bathroom even though we’ll fitted need a deep clean.

Good choice
We have booked this hotel for an event next year and we came now to check it out. We were pleased overall with our experience. The room was clean albeit small and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is central for bars and restaurants. It is reasonably priced.

We got there during the night, we slept on a double bed that was actually 2 single bed next to each other. The bathroom was old. It wasn't very warm or quite. But what else could we expect for the price ?

Tired hotel but great location
For the price the stay was fine. The hotel is looking very tired and in need of some updating but the bed linen was clean and the location is ideal. I'm not sure I would stay there again.

Could do with a refurb...
A short one night stop of as part of a longer trip. Very easy hotel to find even provide basement parking for an extra 6euro. The room itself was small and run down but the bed was comfortable and the location is amazing minutes for the main town square fill of bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes walk to the cathedral along some lovely cobbled streets. Overall was ok for one night and great value but not sure I could stay much longer

I booked this hotel for 2 colleagues for 2 nights. As soon as they checked in they asked me to get them out of there. It was grim, neglected, dirty (toilet was not flushed in one of the rooms) and they did not feel safe. Stay away!

Judging by the state of our room the hotel needs total refurbishment. In the bathroom water was leaking from somewhere and the flooring was wet and spongy. Breakfast was expensive for the choice compared to other Premiere Classe hotels we have stayed in. Although the price of the room was good, we would stay again.

Pretty ok hotel in the very center
We stayed here and we met really nice people from the staff, who treated us wonderfully. In the morning there were people making noise cleaning the room next day, The room was comfortable

The staff were so helpful and pleasant I wanted to stay in reception instead of my room! They recommended attractions, walks and restaurants. It was like chatting with very knowledgeable friends!

Close to the old city and also the town square
The hotel rooms are in a pathetic state. The toilet waste is disposed off via a plastic expanding tube. The shower cubicle would not be out off place in the 1950's all worn and marked. The room is fitted with DIY furniture which as seen too much use. However the staff are very friendly and pleasant

Convenient and clean hotel
Rooms with an even number face the sun all day and are unbearably hot. There is no air conditioning and when we asked for fans none were available. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast at 5.99 euros good value. There is a lock up garage which was good value at 6 euros per day.

I was pre-paid with Hotels.com but was asked to pay, which I did. I checked my booking and called Hotels.com to get a refund, which they gave me the next morning. It could have just been a misunderstanding but it was a hassle.

Basic room but good value for money. Centrally located for restaurants and shops The hotel has private parking but only to a height of 2 metres There is pay and display parking out side the hotel which you have to pay for from 9 am Monday to Saturday

It did what it said on the tin
This was an overnight stop only. The hotel was easy to find. There is no parking, but there was an underground park within 50 metres which only cost 2.50 euros for the night.Reception was friendly. The hotel is basic, but for 35 euros was good value. The room was bare but clean enough and the bathroom adequate with a shower wc and washbasin. The wc was a bit squeezed in and I had to sit side saddle to use it. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. All in all as the advert says, it did what it said on the tin.I ate in a pleasant restaurant just up the road and was given a discount because I was staying in this hotel.The food was good and had local producers named as suppliers.In the morning I left early, without breakfast.

Excellent value
This is a budget hotel but we could not fault it except maybe the room was just a little on the small size. Very close to the centre and the staff were very helpful. We stayed two nights and apart from the usual where the card key does not work on the second day and had to be recharged the place could not have offered a better service. A lot of hotels where we stay two nights on returning at tea time on the second day the key card needs recoding so this is something that we are quite used to. We would definitely return if staying in Le Mans again.

Good place for an overnight stay
Odd part of town but close to centre. Hotel is entirely functional, somewhere to sleep, have breakfast (which is a good continental breakfast) and go. There is a superb restaurant up the hill about 250m away, Bistro des Gourmets, that doesn't entail walking to the centre of town. The bed was comfortable, the window opened and the bathroom adequate but small.
