one of the better affordable stays in all of the Bay Area. The staff is very attentive and helpful. There are a lot of long term stay families there but the sounds remains minimum. would stay again.

When we arrived, we were told that there was no blankets for our pull out sofa and that they wouldn't be cleaned for another 5 hours, around midnight. This was unacceptable as we were travelling with young children who would need to be fast asleep by then. We found a bug in our bed as well. This trip, we stayed in motels much nicer with better accommodations. We will never recommend this property.

Successfully fixed an issue&got us into our room
When we first arrived we were running late to check into our room because our flight was delayed. I called in to let the front desk know that we would be checking in late but they said we couldn’t checkin late so I contacted hotels.com and told them the situation so they could talk to the hotel to see what they could do. Thank goodness they we’re able to get us a late check in, we were able to get to our room and could get warm and relax at last. Thank god for hotels.com for being able to help alleviate the stress that comes from traveling and letting us enjoy the fun part of travel.

The easy (and free) parking is a very unusual feature in that part of San Jose. The price is an incredible value. The shower was strange in that there was no way to stop it from spraying water outside the shower into the bathroom itself They reduced costs in a lot of clever ways that did not make my stay any less pleasant. Front Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Avoid if possible not worth the money they charge!
Room was dirty, strewn with dog hair all over so seems housekeeping staff did not do a good job of cleaning once previous occupants checked out.Front desk were helpful though and provided us the extra blankets and utensils when requested.Quality of materials used sub standard with the door handle easily came off when the kid pulled it. Bath tub was dirty as well Breakfast options not good either.

Checked in okay, and went to the room and discovered someone already there, he was smoking and towels all over the place and the Tv on. Went back to reception, and no apology or offer of another room. Being a women alone, did not feel safe at all so asked for a refund and run out as quickly as possible. Very scary.

This is my favorite hotel. Having a kitchen with a stove, full size refrigerator, a living room AND a bedroom with nice size bed and a large bathroom! It's like a home. They created a private space in which you can live. Even if you have children.

My stay at Extended Stay Premier Suites in San Jose, was not one of the better stays I've experienced in the past at this hotel, upon check out today, i informed the front desk clerk Alex that i didn't get any kind of rest due to the slamming of doors all night long from across the hall and next door as well. I informed him that people where in and out all night along with banging on doors. I was not happy with hearing that all night long. I informed him i should be refunded for dealing with that kinda noise all night long, i also let him know if the manager has questions he can call me.

Not worth the price
Our power at home was out and we were going out of town the next day, so I chose this property nearl my husband's job. The person who checked us in told me that the one and only luggage cart was somewhere and she didn't know where. I walk with the aide of a cane, but she assigned a room on the 4th floor as far away from the elevator as possible. Despite the fact that this is a long term hotel, they were completely out of most of the items that should be in each suite, ie:dishes, pots and pans.

Room included a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa, there were no sheets, blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. Requested them from the front desk, was handed a pile of sheets and they said "Sorry this is all we have." Got up to the room and discovered they had handed me two fitted sheets. Hallways were smelly and dirty with stained carpets. Other guests were loud. Lots of people loitering in the parking lot, trash cans overflowing. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. The room itself was clean and modern but will not be staying here again.
