The bathroom is dark. The light in the bathroom is broken. The bath tub was slow draining. The bathroom area smell moldy. The closet door was broken.

We had an unexpected change in plans; were exhausted and really in need of an early check-in. Phong was super understanding, helpful, and got us in as soon as possible. We were so grateful!

Everything was good but the tub and shower needs some help. There was no stopper in the bath tub so bathing was a no go. The sheer head was way too soft and the tub did not drain well. At least the water was hot though.

No blankets in closet—only a thin sheet on bed. Everything smells as if it’s on fire. Impossible to turn off tv! I have been waiting for 1/2 hour for someone to change batteries in remote!

This hotel was okay but the air-conditioning unit was so loud. If you weren't hearing yours, you would be listening to your neighbors. However, staff was really nice and rooms were clean.

Good Stay
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The area was quiet and I slept well. The air conditioning did not get the temperature in the room cool enough during the day, which was 96F outside. At night, it felt comfortable.

Some details need correction, but mostly ok
The soap and shampoo in the room were empty, and the downstairs coffee did not include decaf. Also, there should be a creamer that is not coffee mate, rather milk or half and half. Coffee really matters, and I may not come back because of that. The gym was nice, the staff was VERY NICE. Everything good was during the week, so the weekenders did not get music, or the popcorn. The pool table was awesome, but 2 of the 3 pool sticks were broken. Please get new ones? I want to come back--the bar was nice, and the location was good.

My second stay at an Aloft this month. They are very comfortable. At the Cupertino hotel, our bedside plugs did not work. That is my only complaint!
