I had emailed the hotel twice prior to my stay to request a quiet room, i didnt receive a response and was placed in a room above the evenings entertainment which was extremely noisy. The sheets were torn and alowared dirty and ants were found in the wash basin. I tried to explain the problem to the one member of staff in reception however she didnt understand English. Eventually i managed to get someone to contact the General Manager who kindly arranged for me to move room which i did. The hotel is rundown and urgently in need of a makeover. I didn't enjoy my stay here. The beach had a drainage outlet next to the hotel that stank and could only be bad for swimmers. The staff weren't great and the place was soulless. Bodd her 2 ganger og begge gangene har rommet mitt vært skitten når jeg har sjekket inn.. Bygget er dårlig, noe man spesielt merker på badet (kun estetisk sett regner jeg med). Man blir lovet havutsikt, men de aller fleste rommene ligger slik at du må gå bort til vinduet og "lete" etter havet. Står du rett foran vinduet ser du tak, noen trær og en helikopterlandingsplass.. Rommene er relativt store. Pokerrommet var bra, hyggelige folk (stamspillere) og veldig god service. Servicen generelt på hotellet var bra når du klarte å gjøre deg forstått, engelsken deres er ikke helt på topp for å si det mildt, men det gjelder ikke bare her tror jeg. Tilbyr gratis transport til sentrum hvis minivanen deres er tilgjengelig, noe den som regel var når jeg var der. Tilbyr ikke gratis transport til flyplassen. Hotellet har en privat strand som var veldig grei. Her er det så å si ingen folk og de har solsenger man kan benytte seg av. Hvis man er interessert i å ligge på stranda om dagen og spille i kasionet om kvelden er dette et bra hotell for deg. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant can be very inconsistent. The other draw back of this hotel is that it's also a Casino. Great if you want to gamble but good luck getting a good night sleep. Joissakin standard huoneissa näköala vain varastoon ja kokolattiamatto aiheutti tunkkaisuutta! Aamupala hyvä ja monipuolinen. Henkilökunta ystävällistä. Englannin kielitaito vähän heikko, toimeen kuitenkin tultiin. Hotellissa hieno kasino, jos on pelimieltä. Toisen kerroksen superior-huoneet hyvätasoisia parvekkeineen ja merinäköaloineen! Victory Hillin alue rauhallinen ja turvallinen liikkua myös scootterilla - kannattaa vuokrata ja pörrätä ympäristössä. Buffet breakfast was average,other meals about the same. The location is great and close to independence beach (in my opinion best beach in sihanoukville), but the architecture and the way the building sits on the land makes no sense to me. Wir waren zum Glück nur für zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Diese liegt ca. 15 Minuten vom Zentrum weg. Mit dem Tuk Tuk konnte man für 4-5 Dollar in die Stadt fahren. Unser Zimmer war das schlechteste in dem wie jemals waren. Es roch muffig, faul und schimmlig. Durch die Klimaanlage 16 Grad wurde das ganze etwas erträglich!! Unser Ausblick viel auf ein überdachtes Lager in dem die ausrangierten Gegenstände des Hotels gelagert wurden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit King size Bett gebucht, bekamen aber nur eins mit zwei Einzelbetten. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption kam sofort der Hotelmanager ( ein sehr lustiger Typ) der uns versicherte am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen zu dürfen. Am nächsten Tag unternahmen wir ein Ausflug auf die benachbarten Inseln für 25 Dollar ( preis überall gleich!) Als wir vom wunderschönen Ausflug zurückkamen fragten wir nach unserem neuen Zimmer, doch sie sagten uns, das wir in unserem alten Zimmer ein King Size Bett haben. Pech gehabt, sie haben dreister weise einfach die zwei Betten zusammengeschoben um daraus ein Kingdoublequeensizebed zumachen. Naja wir waren eh schon wieder auf den Sprung und eh viel zu müde das zu bemängeln..... Van at disposal for hotel downtown tranfer. Sporadic noise due to construction work next to hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Modern designed bar with a wide choice of cocktails and chill out background music. Cet hôtel est "tape a l’œil' par l’accueil; le bar mais les chambres auraient besoin d'un rénovation. Les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent pas, il y avait des champignons autour de la baignoire, le freezer du mini bar entait plein de glace, les filtres de la clim n'ont du jamais etre changés (odeur) ... dommage, car ca pourrait etre un très bel hotel.Il est un peu loin du centre mais propose des navettes gratuites a disposition.Bravo au Q bar tenu par KEVIN.
