    Excellent hotel, subpar service

    Hotel itself is amazing. Beautiful room and gardens. Huge outdoor shower, comfy bed, infinity pool, and beach. Excellent for the price. The hotel staff is very friendly but very inexperienced. No welcome email, no directions on how to get from the dock to the hotel, no one waiting for you at the dock, no one to help with bags, trash and dirty dishes left on tables overnight. The beach is littered with plastic and the hotel staff does not tend the beach. This could easily be a 5 star resort if they had the right management. If you have any issues on site, go directly to Koh Sey who is the only female staff person at the front desk. She is very friendly and professional and the hotel’s only 5 star employee

    The property was clean well run and still under construction so a bit noisy at times. But overall great place to stay

    Wonderful location and clean comfy rooms

    The location is amazing and the resort is very nice with a great pool. Outdoor shower was brilliant! Only downside was the rubbish on the beach

    The Hotel is still under constriction,preliminary dinning room, dirty beach,breakfast very simple,no place to stay before finishing the Hotel in this wonderful location
