The swimming pool was filthy. Upon arrival our room smelled.the tv and ac and room safe did not work. We were charged an additional $54 for upgrade and then moved again to another room for the final night of our 4 night trip. I will never return to Sihanoukville. Khmer people there are clueless that run the hotel. My 6th and last time there

Buyer beware
Standard rooms are awful, upgrade for your own sanity. The pool has a cloudy hue to it, needs to be cleaned and chlorinated. Cambodia itself has a stench to it that sickened many foreigners, make sure to pack sinus/allergy medication as the pharmacy can be a bit difficult to deal with. While this is not the hotels fault, The massage shop to the right of the hotel as you face it, (Relax Beauty and Massage), Stole $700 from my partners purse as she got her massage! Stay away from this place ! Better yet, go there and inform them that you will NOT use their services because you read this review. And then let other foreigners know about this business' thievery, as we did while we were there.

Good Clean Hotel
Well located hotel. run by russians. Rooms clean and tidy and facilitys on par for a 3 star hotel. highlight us the pool. well kept and maintained. Good family hotel and would stay there again.
