"LOVED this property. The staff was so pleasant and eager to please. Everyone was helpful and so personable. It’s close to the train station and town. Location is perfect. The room was beautiful and the complimentary upgrade was exceptional. Would definitely recommend. Oh and the morning breakfast was fantastic! Thank you"

Simply amazing

"What a cool place! The interior design here exceeded my wildest expectations. Both eye capturing and functional. At first glance the room seems small and lackluster in the functional area. But after some examination you discover you have everything you need in a very organized and compact formation. It was really cool. The common area is just beautiful, welcoming and very cozy. The staff let you feel at home right from the start. There is a notable sense of community here, since the guests are welcome to use the common area's kitchen and dinning place to install their own meal. One last impression is the great location in the heart of Bern with every store or establishment in a very comfortable distance. My wife and I simply adored this place and would come back, if only to visit this hotel again."
