"Es waren perfekte Ferien Die Wohnung war sauber perfekte Lage einzig der Ventilator auf dem Dach hat gestört aber er wurde in der Nacht ca um 22.00 bis 06.00 ausgeschaltet und wer nicht Lärmempfindlich ist wacht nicht auf davon. In der Wognung hat alles funktioniert bei der Ankunft wurde uns alles erklärt sehr freundlich und die Abgabe war auch reibungslos sehr nette Vermieter!"

The bathrooms we brilliantly clean and well presented. The location is very close to the village square. Parking is quite a way away so you need to plan offload and loading of luggage. "Lovely little fisherman’s hut in great location. Cafe on site great for food like pizzas and chips. Pool is amazing and slides are awesome. Kids loved them and wanted to stay longer. We hired bikes and scooters and toured a bit more locally and tried a local restaurant. Very nice. Promenade good too for a walk. Beach about 1km walk over the other side of the island. We would love to stay again next time we are passing through on our European travels. Roland is a great host and understood us...

"We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the place. The house is a traditional French family home in a convenient village location. The house is well maintained and very well organised. Everything works. There is no airconditioning but the window shutters are mostly effective in keeping the house reasonably cool and well ventilated. (The exception was for a few days when we experienced a heatwave … with temperatures outside if 38-40C its probably not surprising that it was pretty uncomfortable...

"Lovely stay in Bize. House charming with beautiful rooms. Garden was the star as it had just the right mix of shade and sun as well as the petanque area. We spent most of our time in the kitchen and garden enjoying the wonderful weather and the superb local produce. The house needs a bit of TLC as the toilet was leaking and did not flush properly when we arrived. (the owner sorted for us on the second day). The plugs in the bathroom sinks did not work either. "Het huis is ruim. De bedden zijn fijn. Er zijn voldoende badkamers. Twee badkamers zijn klein, maar verder prima. De keuken is goed voorzien. De tuin is heerlijk, met genoeg mogelijkheden om te zitten en dingen te doen voor de kinderen. Het zwembad is niet groot, maar goed genoeg voor de kinderen. Enige nadeel was dat er veel muggen waren. Hierdoor konden we 's-avonds alleen buiten zitten met een lange broek en lange mouwen. Ook binnen hadden we last van muggen. Het is nodig om onder een klamboe...

"Petite maison de vacances, mitoyenne des 2 côtés. L’équipement est complet, il ne manquerait que la climatisation pour que se soit idéal. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir venir avec notre chienne. La maison est un peu loin de la plage accessible avec les chiens et nous avons été gênés sur la terrasse par les voisins fumeurs. Nous recommandons néanmoins cette maison."

"Très belle région à visiter à pied, en vélo, en auto… Très proche du canal, les pistes vers Béziers ou Carcassonne sont très agréables. L’hébergement est agréable, confortable, fonctionnel et propre. Le village de vacances était calme, mais c’était hors saison. Une politique éco-responsable appréciable. Le tout pour un prix très attractif. L’accueil est chaleureux, le personnel fait preuve d’une grande attention. Un très bon séjour"

"The amenities indicate linen and towels. They were not included. It says internet but it is so weak we could not connect to it plus we would have to pay 47 euro for 20 days. We felt bad but we could not stay. The place looks nice and clean and it seems to be well located to explore the region."

The apartment we had was on the ground overlooking nature (with trails).well equipped: stove, diswasher, microwave, refrigerator At this timeof the year not too many people, so it was quiet. The snack bar was not open (only summer ) but we had excellent recommendations for restaurants near by. I understood that it is a place for families and long stay in the summer: beautiful lake, swimming, trails …,"
