The property is kept pristine. There were plenty of Beach chairs available on the beach. My condo backed up against the beach and you could sit in the covered patio and look out to the beach and ocean. At night it was quiet and peaceful. The condo was spotless when I checked in. The bed was very comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised! WiFi was terrible, and I had a few things that needed to be done on my laptop….. I used my hot spot because with a the view and being right at the beach you’re not there to use electronic devices. Alison , the rep from the rental agency continues to communicate with me the week leading up to my arrival, and everything was well explained, codes, wifi passwords, how to get into the unit. This wasn’t my first trip to siesta key and I have stayed in many place over the years, aloha Kai was one of my top places based on the cleanliness and its close proctor the beach! I’d definitely stay again!
