Welcome to paradise! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in beautiful Siesta Key-a barrier island in south Sarasota, Florida! Our beach is consistently rated as the best of America and is just steps away via a private access corridor. The condo has been recently updated and boasts soaring 22 foot-foot ceilings in the living/dining room and master bedroom. The property is very peaceful and overlooks a beautiful garden with picturesque twin reflecting pools. The Excelsior Beach to Bay Condominium is unique in that it has property on both sides of Siesta Key, allowing guests easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and the intra-coastal waterway. Property amenities include multiple gas BBQs. 2 large (very) heated pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, shuffle board, tennis/pickle ball courts and a fishing area on the intracoastal side. Beach chairs and lounges are available for guests use at the beach and the pools. For those after restaurants and nightlife, the charming Siesta Key village is just a short trip to the north. The condo comes complete with high end appliances, 3 new smart TVs and 2 large computer monitors with docking hub. The lanai is perfect for those warm, Florida nights where you can relax after a long day at the beach with a cocktail and a good book, The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, the guest room has a Queen-sized bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room when you need that extra bit of sleeping space. A small washer and dryer are located in the Master bedroom washroom. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
