The parking was not convenient and really, there was not enough of it. I required a handicap space, and all of them were taken, except for the last night of our stay.
* The room was great, it was the first time I had needed an accessible room. We had a walk-in shower, which is absolutely the best, and all my years that I have had. The adjustable showerhead was fantastic and versatile. All the towels were nice and clean as well as the beds. The room was huge and a scooter could maneuver in there very easily. There were four of us in there and we all fit wonderfully. The breakfasts was very good. I really enjoyed this day as did the party I was with. There was someone above us that was quite noisy and I had to call the front desk about it, but they must’ve handled it quite well because the noisiness stopped. Since two of us were elderly, I would say, This was the best place that we have stayed at accommodated us quite well. The first employee that we encountered was a little bit stern in explaining the rules that we needed to follow & some of my calls to the front desk were not answered. Personel may have been busy elsewhere. I’m not sure. The second night the hotel in was there a very sweet and kind employee that always greeted me with a smile. I felt much more comfortable and was glad I selected Comfort Inn.
