Nice place to stop in Sienna
Okay - not what we were expecting. Cute hotel - but our room was dark and not updated. The bed was not especially comfortable. (When will hotels give you enough good pillows?) Parking was free and off the street (if you get one of the first 5 spots). Internet worked well. The breakfast, however was excellent. We took a 30 minute walk into the central part of the city and so enjoyed seeing the Duomo there. Fun shops and restaurants were all along the way.

This is a lovely hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the location is really excellent for access to Sienna Centro. The only drawback for us was that we could not open the window or even the blinds because the bus stop was directly outside. Therefore our room was in permanent darkness.

Decent place for cheap, but eat elsewhere
Upon checking in, the man at the desk was a bit rude. We seemed to interrupt his smoke break. Nothing spectacular about the room. Seemed clean and good enough for a cheap sleep. However, we were woken up early to Oasis loudly playing in the yard while hotel staff cooked a VERY fragrant meal. It was decently close to the city center and lots of free parking. But we felt very unwelcome in the restaurant. I don't think many tourists eat there often. Food quality and options seemed poor, the staff were very cold and didn't seem to want us there, the kitchen staff all smoking cigarettes around us, the whole placed smelt of cigars and hard to breath. We left after a few minutes as we were worried that we'd have our food spit in or something. The next morning when leaving, kitchen staff recklessly drove into the parking lot at a high speed, almost hitting my car. A friendly last spike of stress before leaving.

3 noites em Siena
Bem localizado, estávamos de carro para conhecer a Toscana, deixamos no estacionamento do hotel sem problemas. Quarto limpo. Apenas o exaustor do banheiro não estava funcionando e não foi consertado (avisamos logo que chegamos). Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel fica entre estradas, mesmo assim o quarto é silencioso.

Very good value for money. Nice clean room and friendly helpful staff. Cold buffet breakfast was plentiful. Outside of old city but walkable in 30 minutes or catch bus /taxi. Has own parking area which is useful if arriving by car

Best rate I could find. Good location. Excellent staff. 3 star hotel so don’t expect 5 star luxury. Annexe can be noisy from adjoining property. Would recommend though if you’re on a strict budget.

Quiet and comfortable
We loved staying at Hotel Arcobaleno for the 2 nights we were in Siena. It was just over 1 mile walk yo the walled area of the city, and the fact that they had secure, free, off-street parking made it easy. Great selection of buffet options for breakfast with cafe's. Our room was very quiet; even though the hotel is on a main street we didn't hear traffic or pedestrian noise. The room was comfortable and clean.

It’s a beautiful hotel in Tuscan style. The rooms are really comfortable. The staff is very kind, they helped us a lot with our trip, specially talking in our native language.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wasn’t very keen on the location saying it was 5 minutes from downtown or the main attractions must have meant by car because Walking was at least over 40 minutes. But overall a great hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and the service was great- wonderful breakfast and restaurant on lower level was convenient. Only complaint is that the bed was too hard otherwise perfect!

Decent option for travelers in Siena.
Stayed here for a work business trip. Very easy to find and off the main road. It has in-house breakfast, a restaurant out back, and is walking distance to many nearby restaurants. Not near any tourist destinations. Front desk is actually staffed 24/7.

Nice hotel to visit amazing Siena
Hotel located close to railway station (for travel into other places in Italy/Tuscany) and to a few bus stops to explore historical and modern Siena). Staff in the hotel is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable , everybody speaks English. All managers look like Armany models, with smile on faces and desire to help/serve. Room is very clean, breakfast is above expectations (very good). The hotel is definitely above 3* rating with very affordable price! Unforgettable stay during 6 nights in the heart (and soul) of Tuscany.

Everything great other than the fact the hotel doesn't have an elevator. It was good for keeping us in shape😀😀 The hotel is located on a busy street but the room was quiet and had a view to a beautiful garden. Very nice staff, excellent.

Beautiful hotel with terrific staff
The hotel was wonderful with a nice room and gorgeous verandas to sit and have an espresso or a glass of wine. Within walking distance to city center. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and made us feel welcome and at home. We will come back!

Another nice stay
Second time we stayed here, and was just as good as the first. First time we ate at their on-site restraint and was good enough we ate there both nights we were in Sienna. Room was smallish but comfortable, great views and easy parking. Great access to central/old town Sienna.

Charming hotel in Siena
The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast room and terrace was welcoming and relaxing and the selection of both sweet and savory options made the breakfast buffet very satisfying. What more could you ask for? The walk into the historic center is about twenty minutes, but buses run regularly right in front of the hotel. The distance to the train station is about 10 minutes on foot and there is an indoor mall/supermarket right there if you need to pick up any supplies or a quick piadina. All in all, a great place to stay.

Nice hotel but far from downtown
I was in Siena for a conference at the Università per Stranieri and the hotel is very close to the train station and the university. Unfortunately, the hotel is far from the old town center. It's 2.5 km from downtown and that was a pain. It's a 30 min walk, and I was there in June (30°C average), so you can do the math.

Good value for Sienna
Good option to stay in Sienna. It's not close to the city center but a very short drive or 20-30 min walking. The staff was very friendly. Great value for a hotel in Sienna that offers free parking, free wi-fi (very good by the way) annd free breakfast. Good shower too. Rooms not big (almost none in Europe are) and a little bit dated, but very comfortable. Would stay there again.
