Do not bother. Both stays i am stuck in the lobby for an hour while they "freshen the room". Add to this the fact that i bought the lrevious night and checked in at 1130am because they failed to complete an aiport pickup...then arrive to be held in the lobby for a room that has a noon checkout 30 minutes later. Nice rooms and clean. But the staff ia clueless. They have no idea what service is. You oay for a night and an airport pickup and then get left to your own solution.

The hotel was in a great location with plenty of dining options within a five minute walk. The night market is just down the street and pub street isn't too much farther. The room was clean, but was lacking in power outlets. Standard bathroom amenities. You can book tours and rent equipment through the front desk or they can refer you to a company.

This is a great hotel , the staff are excellent. They always try to be helpful and efficient. The locatoin is brilliant being close to Pub street, Night market and restaurants. I have stayed before and will stay again .

Excellent hotel with extremely professional and friendly staff. Not fair to highlight individuals when ALL staff were so good but must compliement Mr Thy at chekin / front of desk who looked after me throughout, as well as Ms Lum, in the restaurant Ms. Sokna and at the BBQ On the terrace Mr Tim Sokha. The gentleman on the rooftop bar is delightfully helpful too. Rooftop pool Was very quiet the times I was there and was a lovely oasis to cool down amd relax at.

Great location. Was unfortunate our party was not able to get all 4 rooms in the same building, but not that big of a deal. Would have liked a balcony room. Aside from that, excellent service, friendly, very helpful staff.

To no fault of the hotel, the level of outside noise from nearby bars with live music kept us awake until 1.00am. This would only be an issue if you wanted to get up for the sunrise Angkor tour (leaving hotel 4.45am) which we were. Otherwise, good experience.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating to make our stay pleasant. Right in the hub of activities - this is a positive or negative depending on your preferences. For us, we usually like to be near all the local venues for dining and tour access. It was not required however as the hotel set all up for us with a fantastic private driver, making the whole experience easy and trouble free.

Hotel conveniently arranged for my pickup at airport. Location is near Night Market and Pub Street. Room was nice and rate was very good and water was cold in the shower during those very hot high humidity days. Two pool were available for use.

Great stay at Cheathata Angkor Hotel
Very friendly and helpful staff. Adequate room although a bit dim. Room could do with more lights, particularly the bathroom/toilet. Location cannot be faulted, close to food and shops. Unfortunately it was a little noisy at times. Breakfast spread was sparse but adequate.Had to cross the street for breakfast but it was not an issue. Patchy wifi.

Loved it!
We had a fantastic time at the Cheathata Suites Hotel. We had booked the smaller Cheathata hotel, but upgraded. This gave us a much better room and we were very satisfied with all the hotel had to offer. The pool was sensational. Sophea on reception was the highlight of our stay. She was helpful, funny and a delight to talk to. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel close to markets and restaurants.
The staff are wonderful. The rooftop pool is great after a day touring temples. The breakfast is good, not amazing. We aren't fans of floor draining showers that leave the floor wet and slippery.

Good price and good location
This hotel is located by the night market so there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging tickets, tours, drivers, etc. I had a late night flight and was able to pay extra for a later check out. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The aircon worked well. The wifi was decent. I would definitely recommend this place to others. The only drawback was this was the older building so the breakfast and pool were located in the other building which was just across the street.

Stay away from this hotel if you go as a family. Confirm hotel price and people you gonna stay or they can ask for more extra fee. Internet is so slow and not clean anyway.

The location was great, very close to Pub Street yet was not close enough to get all of the noise at night. Room was nice. Beds were very hard, not the most comfortable. Definitely enjoyed the rooftop pool, room service, complimentary breakfast and transportation to and from the airport.

Perfect Location
Excellent value for money. The hotel is within walking distance to all the central hotspots, Pub Street, night markets, restaurants etc. The hotel staff were very courteous and attentive. We had to cross the road for breakfast at the Cheathata Angkor Suites but this was no problem, nice buffet selection. The room was spacious and very clean. Would certainly stay there again.

Interesting but good
We booked via Expedia which has photos of pool main foyer etc but when we arrived we were going to be put into sub standard hotel across the street being a dirt road full of bike traffic so no pool there small rooms old and breakfast Actoss the street. After complaining about this deception on website very kind manager agreed and upgraded us too executive rooms in the main hotel.

Great Location
Our room was very nice, clean, spacious and good air-conditioning with a sitting area and balcony that looked out on to the night market. Breakfast was a buffet with a reasonable selection of food and you could order eggs which never took long and really fresh croissants. The pool area was pleasant with poolside light meals and bar. We found the staff to be helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. Sadly trying to arrange airport transfer through the hotel was the one area we didn’t find them reliable regarding which was a disappointing end to an otherwise great 5 day stay. No one was at the airport when we arrived & on departure we were assured the car was booked but when we arrived in reception we were told it was on another job which would have made us late at the airport. So we didn't get our free airport transfer. Despite this disappointment we would stay here again.

Don't book online as they have 2 hotels and the one we booked didn't have a pool and was in the middle of construction. Once we upgraded to their other hotel our stay was excellent, just like what we were seeing online

Good hotel in the center of Siem Reap
Very clean and large room, real wooden floor, wooden furniture chosen with taste (simple and matching the floor), bathtub, large choice of breakfast and adorable staff. Bathtub plug hole was missing, they immediately helped to replace it. If I have to find a point to improve, water temperature in the bathroom had dangerous variations. Maybe some works on water during our stay, we didn't ask. Swimming pool is not big but the rooftop is very nicely arranged and worth enjoying the sunset with a drink. Definitely would recommand this hotel.

Excellent location , beautiful hotel.
Check in was a breeze , the staff were very friendly. The hotel was immaculately clean and the rooms were cleaned well everyday. The night markets and pub street are within walking distance and there's a nice little market next door to hotel and a bar with live music, very family friendly. I highly recommend this little hotel and on our next trip to Siem Reap we will definitely be staying there again.

Great place to spend a few days!
Had a wonderful stay at the Cheathata Hotel. I stayed in the old building. If you want to use the pool it is best to ask for a room in the new or pool building. The room was quiet, clean, large. The staff were so nice. I enjoyed talking with them. Breakfast was good. Few choices for western tastes. Note: if you want eggs for breakfast you must ask for them. The staff is happy to cook the eggs for you. There is construction going on at the hotel and across the street so you will hear some noise from that occasionally. But it is minor. I will stay at the Cheathata Angkor again my next trip.
