Then I was told to go to the room. A technician was able to open the door. He said he would recharge the battery. Later, I went to have dinner at Tavernonna \[which was terrific\]. I returned to my room. Again, neither card would open the door. So I returned again to the registration desk. They told me to return to my room. A different technician was able to get one key to work. He said he would recharge the battery. What a frustrating experience. "
