After long days of touring neighborhoods, coming back to such a comfortable and quiet home was exactly what we needed. The location was incredibly convenient to downtown Greenville, as well as TR, Berea and Paris Mountain State Park. Christopher was so welcoming and even offered some great local insights! A 5-star experience from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better home base."

"The layout seems perfectly tailored for a vacation rental. I appreciate having enough beds and separate spaces for my adult children to be comfortable. My teens and their cousins played games for hours in the upstairs sitting room and outside in the game barn. While the neighborhood is a still being revitalized, we felt quite safe taking walks and enjoying the porch and backyard, and the convenient distance from downtown Greenville, grocery stores, and the interstate can hardly be beat at this price point. The house was well equipped and very clean. The host made us feel welcome with a Christmas tree, coffee pods, basic seasonings on hand, and welcome bags with snacks. He was also flexible with our needs. The downstairs master bedroom had a large walk-in closet with a pack-n-play as well as a comfortable seating area.I would definitely recommend this rental to others!"

"Incredible location for our family. Updated and clean home. Good communication with host. Basics for a full kitchen’s use were lacking. We had to buy baking and cooking pots, pans and utensils. Suggestion of upgrading towels & pillows communicated. Handwashing soap and toilet paper provided- you need to bring your own additional basic toiletries for bathroom. We hope to stay again with some suggestions updated. Thank you for overall stay. Grateful. "
