Bed did not look like it was changed evident by the brown stain and wrinkled. Elevatortoo long wait. Ice and vendor removed from my floor and other floor would not take my card nor cash. Can't get wifi to connect. Being deaf, going down to desk was big inconvenience.

Our two night stay was quiet and clean, my family slept well with no disturbances. The one minor negative was the desk lamp had to remain off due to intense flickering. We could have requested a replacement but did not mind making do.

We were booked for two nights. After the first night, we woke up to half the cars in the parking lot vandalized...windows busted out. Thank goodness our car was not one of them, but we promptly checked out.

It was fine. It was new, safe, clean, but nothing fancy and the furnishings were practical. It was comfortable but nothing lavish. It was loud at times but did not disturb my sleep.

I was unhappy with your recommendation and rating on a hotel I stayed in. My car was vandalized along with 8 others. The neighborhood was not in decent area. Why was this recommended and I’m told by the desk because I booked with you all there is nothing they can do. I’m very unsatisfied I paid money and got robbed staying in a hotel I was told was rated high by your site and I don’t understand how this can happen and no one is responsible but me a member?

If you like hear parties all night, the smell of weed and crackheads banging on doors all night and early morning oh and it’s right next to a train track that seemed to run every hour, But if you would like a decent quiet nights rest then I wouldn’t suggest you stay here

We picked this hotel because it’s across from the hospital overall the staff was amazing and friendly the room was great and clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again everything was nice I have no complaints. Tahollua was the one checked us in and she checked on us daily to make sure we were doing good and if we needed anything she is very nice and respectful and polite

Excellent BUT!
Very good hotel near major highway and restaurants. People are very nice. Had a couple of minor issues which were resolved promptly. Breakfast is very decent and the ladies keep it well stocked at all times. One major flaw is that it’s near train tracks and you will hear it at night as well as the traffic from a major hwy near by. In spite of this, I would definitely stay again.

Check out is at 11am, not 10am!
Initially the stay was nice. Bed was kind of hard. Elevator stopped working at one point. And a couple of times I heard gurgling noises coming from the bathroom. I'm not sure if it came from the toilet or sink but it sounded gross. In all everything was ok UNTIL someone from the front desk decided to knock on the door and attempt to come in at 10:15am. If check out is at 11am, why is someone knocking and trying to come in, and asking if I was going to stay another night before actual check out time?? She told me to call the front desk, and I told her I told the woman when I first checked out that I asked for late check out, which I was told no problem. Woman on the phone said it's 12pm (even though the woman from yesterday said it would be before 12:30pm), but nevertheless, why are you knocking on my door even before regular check out??? I paid for this time so I plan on using the entire time! This will probably be my first and last time staying here.

Proximity to the train line was noisy - day and night. The A/C was challenging to set at a comfortable temp. The TV was impossible to work - when I finally got a channel working, it went back to some foolishness in the middle.

Beware
We had to ask for a room change due to mold in the shower along with a colony of bugs living in the shower. The fitness gym should not be listed as an amenity as none of the equipment worked, the neighborhood was far too sketchy to venture outside for a jog either. Pool rules are obsolete as one person helped himself to a case of beer while a woman sat in the hot tub with some kind of post-op medical bag attached to her stomach. Several people were in some sort of medical process and the whole hotel smelled like a hospital but was so dirty it was shocking. I’m assuming the nearby hospital has a deal with recovering patients who need somewhere to stay. We asked if we could keep driving and get a refund but they would not oblige, only changed our room. The new room was certainly cleaner but still 2/10 for cleanliness. I cannot believe this place has such high reviews. We were traveling through and trusted those reviews. What a SHOCK. If you want a $150/night bug infested hotel with dirty towels, sketchy neighborhood, disgusting carpets, moldy bathrooms, & a possible side of MRSA, check it out. I can’t comment on the breakfast as we bounced out asap.
