We were given a room with unmade beds and littered with beer cans. We were then given a new room, but the shower did not work and the bathtub did not have a plug. We were also not stocked with toilet paper.

Bad night at the Red Roof Inn
Guy at the front desk was not friendly at all after driving for 8 hours..just said 3 sentences.. What do you need.. On the same card.. And our Room number.. That was all he said.. Then the room..Omg! Half used shampoo in the little bottle.. Cigarette box and ashes in the drawer.. Moldy shower curtains.. Cigarette burn holes on the bedspread Door lock useless..broken One key Given..uggg! Was to tied to argue or find somewhere else!!!

Disappointing stay
We arrived at hotel at 9pm. Front lobby was closed, so had to use the night window, located in the laundry room. It took at least 30 minutes to get someone to come to the window. Another guest was there needing to get his key card corrected. We rang the buzzer several times before the clerk finaly came to the window. He was very rude and never spoke except to ask what we wanted. The room was rather disappointing, pair of dirty socks left in the floor, microwave filthy, half the lights in room didn't work, paint coming off walls and ceiling. We stayed there last year and the room we stayed in was ok. Sorry to say, but I won't stay there again.

When we got into the room, I was almost sick to my stomach because of the condition of the room. The floor was so dirty that when my husband took a shower his feet were black. We should of left and got our money back and whet to another hotel. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

Went to check in, but an irate customer was arguing with the employee for 45 minutes. Went down the road to get snacks while that was happening and a drug dealer was trying to sell to the gas station attendant. Got back and the reception employee told me my room type was not available because it wasn't cleaned, so he gave me a lesser room than I paid for. I got to the room and there was trash in the trash can, a bad smell, and the Air Conditioner filter was removed, caked with dust and sitting on top of the unit. I decided that getting bed bugs or something was not worth getting to lay down even though it was midnight. I went back to the reception desk and there was bo one there. I rang the bell, knocked on the security window, and could not call because their phones were off. I left the key at the desk and found a hotel that was farther from the airport, but not disgusting. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We arrived at 9:30 pm. The lobby was already closed. I had to go to a dark area where the night window was. There was no remote in the room. I went back to the window and the agent dug in a drawer and came up with an old remote that looked like a dog chewed on it.

I payed $80 for 1 king room wasn’t worth it at all. The bed was hard shower curtain dirty no clean rags. The guy at front desk was accommodating at all. The air conditioner barely blew it was very hot I will not be booking here again.

For being a nonsmoking room - it stunk like weed and cigarettes. There was old rotting food left in the fridge. Ash, from a cigarette on the floor. Door was hard to close and secure. I will never be back to this establishment.

The room was not clean to say the least. The refrigerator wasnt clean, the floor throughout appeared to not be cleaned for awhile i kept shoes on the entire time. The bathroom door had a kick hole in it and would not close, the room needed doors and their hinges replaced. The property is not worth the rate they ask. Made the mistake of going here due to last minute stop, should have just kept going or slept in my vehicle.

The stay was a bed to sleep and nothing more. Pillows on the bed were thin and small. Linens were ok, but had slight discoloration. Bathroom was extremely cramped, drying means bumping walls and or the toilet.

Horrible place
Absolutely filthy room. If I can, I'll attach pictures. Talked to the clerk but they said there was nothing they could do. The walls were filthy, the bed was stained. The hot water took forever in the shower and was non existent in the sink. Was advertised to have a microwave and refrigerator but there was none. Didn't even have a chair so the bed was the only place to sit. The TV worked but every channel has about a dozen lines from to to bottom in the picture. My advice... Run from this place.

The room was disgusting. There was stains on the walls, a ripped and broken lamp shade, dirt and crumbs all over the floor and in the drawer of the nightstand. And when I woke in the morning, there was a roach on the nightstand, which means it was probably crawling all over my things. Also, there was no water in the morning. Admittedly, an extreme cold front had come through during the night which likely froze the pipes but still. I couldn't shower/wash/brush my teeth in the morning.

The room was in need of repairs. The sheets were dirty and/or stained. The hot water didn’t work in the shower. And was backwards on the faucet. So I had to sleep dirty and w/ no covers because I used the towels to cover the dirty sheets. Never again will I ever stay at this motel! Worst experience I have ever had….😡😡😡
