My room was right by the train bridge and there were trains traveling throughout the night. I wasn't able to rest.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The blinds were broke so there was no privacy. The room smelled funny. The tub wouldn’t drain while in the shower.

This holiday inn was older than I thought at least what the picture shows..plus we didn’t get any sleep because of the train that ran all day and night. We will never stay here again

The hotel was run down. Not up to date. First room was a torture on our bodies. I dont know what kind of mattress was in room 102. Both my wife and i had pain from our neck to our legs. The noise from the trains went on all night. We counted the box cars. That was a terrible stay for the money we spent. We will not book at that Holiday Inn again.

Staff very friendly hotel not updated had leaks in their bathroom and strong sewage smell coming from their bathroom. Couch in suite had sour unpleasant smell as well bed was very comfortable

The hotel being so close to the highway made it difficult to sleep. Also, there were “stains” on the headboard by the lamp. The shower nozzle was finicky. So, I had to take a cold shower.

First and last.
The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were horrible. Only one light worked. Heard trains all night. The coffee machine didn’t work. Found two old towels in there. 👎👎. Asked the guy about bringing in a service dog and he ignored me as if his phone was more important. I’ll never stay there again.

Great staff! Check in and every interaction with the staff here, especially Richlyn, has been excellent! With the dangerous weather conditions, a lot of staff were unable to get to work. I think Richlyn worked every poaition in the hotel over a 72 hour period! The available shuttle was also really helpful to a traveling cyclist!

Holiday inn by name, inside more like a Motel 6. Old looking, not worth the price, has roaches, and not sound proof. But the bed is comfortable.

The bed was super comfortable, sheets were clean, but the room was very dirty. Curtains had several stains. The furniture had spots and crumbs on it. The floor was sticky and had visible "wet" stains by the bed. The smell was also terrible, like it was mopped with dirty mop and then they put the mop in the ac unit.

Transportation not available from this location Uber or taxi. Freight Trains operating next the hotel. Noisy all especially in throughout the night, bedding is old and deformed in the center to the edge. Overall horrible stay.

My stay at the holiday Inn was not pleasant at all. My room had what looked like cobwebs in the ceiling. There was not not much of a closet. Also my room was right by the 2 train tracks and when I tell you the trains were none stop. I really did not get a lot sleep. The staff was very friendly though.

As soon as we got to the room we had to have the sheets changed the bed had blood all over it. The bathroom was disgusting we would not even step in the shower. And the smell of weed was unbelievable
