The staff was friendly. The entire hotel was filthy. Dirty does not describe this hotel. Food glued to carpet, mold and hair in bathroom, toilet would not flush, absolutely disgusting.

I explained to the staff that there was a stale smell in my room. When I looked behind the dresser the next morning, the carpet and wall was molded. All I was offered was an apology for the not so great night that I spent there. To me, situations like this should be compensatory related. Not just verbal apologies.

I wish I could post pictures of how bad this place is. The room was disgusting. My husband went to use the wall mount blow dryer , the whole thing came off the wall. The wood closet doors had some sort of punched hole, they stuck a rubber ball in the hole. Mold around the shower. Phone , tv didn’t work. Could not get on their internet. But the kicker… breakfast ended at 9, my husband tried to get juice just minutes as she is shutting down. She said nope, no juice. She then proceeded to put the excess cereal that fell out of the dispenser back into the dispenser!! Don’t stay here!

Only stay here as a last resort
The staff was very friendly but the floor in the room was not clean and the bathroom was dirty as well. The vent in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall down. It was hanging. There was no water pressure and no hot water at all. So we had to take cold showers. The room was extremely small and I still don't understand why the chair was by the door. I made a joke about it to my significant other and said they put that chair over there in case I had to put him on timeout. That was his timeout chair. But overall it needs some serious improvements. I would only go back if it was a last resort.

Nothing worked in the room, lamp, remote, shower, water pressure. Front desk person was very unprofessional. Made me uncomfortable, came in room and sat down on bed as if he was a guest. When asked to move rooms due to shower not working, Was told that he couldn't resale the room because i already "used" it. Ex: Covers were pulled back on the bed. I may have been in the room 2 hrs. Literally had to curse him out and ask for a refund to change rooms. The kids running up and down the hall screaming, hallways smelling like a nursing home was the least of my worries. I will never stay here again, nor recommend to anyone.

The room had an adjoining room door with a hole in it and the door safety latch was broken. Both would be an easy fix. Appeared to have been a fight in the room.

Property is conveniently located right off of I-49. Close to allrypes of shopping, gas stations an restaurants. Our room (215) felt wet/damp everyday, but we did not say anything because we only showered and slept there. The breakfast was not bad and the lady that takes care of it does an amazing job. There were people working construction that stayed at the hotel and she had things ready early just for them so they didn't miss breakfast. I would stay againbut I'd make sure not to wt the room:)

Avoid staying at this this hotel. Night staff (male) who checked me in was very rude/nasty- yelled and harassed me. Reported the male night desk clerk to daytime front desk manager who was dismissive of the night clerk’s behavior.
