Bed was comfortable. Great hot water. View of the river and parking lot. No microwave in the room and I was surprised. Air conditioning was amazing. Food selection on Monday night was not the greatest at the hotel.

Was very clean in lobby & room. The casino was dated and little messy around machines and only had a few new machines but I did enjoy playing the old ones hadn’t got to play in years. Won alittle too. Would definitely visit again. Only thing we got in kinda later after 5 pm and there was nowhere to eat it was a Monday. So had to get snacks out of little room in lobby but not a deal breaker. Would go again and released my 100 incidental charge immediately after we checked out, pleased with that. Older but still ok

This is like my 4th time staying at Boomtown. I have had nothing but a great experience. This time wasn't so great. I had small roaches around the jet tub and bigger ones by the sink. I had to keep all my bags closed so nothing gets in it. I wasn't too pleased with this stay. I do not like nor care for roaches.

We stayed in a Deluxe King Suite. We used the jacuzzi tub our last night there. When we got up the next morning we saw the bottom of the tub was covered with black particles, apparently from the jacuzzi pipes.

Our room was not cleaned, or even attempted at. The sheets had holes in them, the "cloth headboard" had STAINS all over it. Carpet had stains, and you could see visible dust on fixtures! The hallways smelled like mildew & there was hair all over the bathroom. The morning waitstaff was unpleasant . All around terrible for $250 we should have had a fairly nice room unfortunately we could've had better accommodations at a $50 inn !

The Cantina that serve food closes up at 9;30 I made it there at 9:00 04/13/2024 and the young man was more focused on doing paperwork than taking my Order which was the only place at the casino open,,,the hotel room air didn’t work and was nasty and smelly

When we got to our room, the television had no signal. We called the front desk, who immediately sent maintenance. The issue was one he was unable to fix, so we were moved to the room next door, which was perfectly fine. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The 2nd night of our stay, the people who were in the room next to us were extremely noisy starting about 3am. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Rooms are nice. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing that i noticed was all the dust around the base boards. Most of all I enjoyed my stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Overall, the place was great. It was cold during our stay, so would have been nice to have closer parking to entrance of hotel rather than using the garage.
