The reason for the docked star is the bed was super hard for me. My 17 year old son and husband slept ok, but I could not get comfortable no matter what I did. Pillows were nice and they had both firm and soft and had them nicely labeled via embroidery, but the bed was so hard my back and hips took a beating and I'm in good shape and good health and usually not bothered by a hotel bed. Also the shower pressure was very faint and the shower head was so high up that it felt like just getting sprinkled. Other than faint shower and hard bed, everything was really nice.
