First off, amazing staff who were very helpful and warm at check in and recommending restaurants. The room was cozy for 2 adults and a toddler but cant complain too much with a washer and dryer in the room in a great location surrounded by local foods and businesses and 1 station away from Meguro river. Breakfast was decent as well.

Top class.
I would say this is probably the best hotel we’ve stayed as this is our 4th time here in Tokyo. The space of the room is bigger than usual ones in Japan, the location is the best by far as it takes less than 2 mins to JR Gotanda station. Overall we are super happy that we stayed here. Definitely will stay again if we are coming back in future

Your Average Budget'ish Hotel
This was an ok budget hotel. Located close to transportation and stores and restaurants which was nice. They charge $10 per hour you want to check in early which was nice considering you have to wait until 3pm to check in! The breakfast was nice and the room was ok. The bathroom smelled of urine all the time though. And the AC wouldn't turn on for me.

In a convenient location with lots of food choices and close to the train and subway stations. Great to have a washer/dryer in the room for my one week stay. One negative would be the constant noise from the roads and trains. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, especially one female staff who would go all the way to assist despite being not too fluent in English. Another male staff was also very helpful at check in when the first room I was given had cigarette smell because it was above a smoking floor, and he quickly changed me to another room in a higher floor.

I would definitely stay at this property again as it was clean and very close to transportation. The staff was professional and friendly. There are many very good restaurants nearby. There seems to be many gentlemen's clubs around the back of the hotel, but it really didn't bother us. The room can get a bit warm even with lowering the thermostat, I didn't feel comfortable opening the window as there was a scaffolding right outside. Because of this, it was also a dark room and you always need to have the light on. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

It was my second time staying at hotel. I like it only takes a few minutes to JR and metro line and there are many options of food around the area. Having washer/drier is great! So I didn’t need to bring many clothes for two weeks stay.

This hotel is ideal for longer stay in Tokyo. I absolutely love this place and definitely will stay here again next time I'm back in Tokyo. What I like it about: - Clean, equipped with quality products (e.g. DeLongi kettle, POLA shampoo & shower gel, Kyocera knife, etc) - Friendly and very polite staff - Great location, everything is within 3 minutes walk! (train station, restaurants, shopping building, bank, post office, convenience stores) - Free iced coffee with ice cubes (handy in summer) - Well equipped kitchen (2-door fridge, cutleries, dish washing sponge & soap, kitchen paper towel) - Comfortable bed and good pillows - Washer & Dryer with laundry soap - Toilet with bidet - Trouser compressor iron, Air humidifier/purifier - Very well working air conditioner - Free umbrella service on a rainy day Overall, I can easily live here for more than a month. The room has everything you need.

I have stayed here before and I will certainly consider staying here again: a nice budget hotel very close to Gotanda Station on the Yamanote line. Comfortable bed with comfortable pillows. And it's great that the room comes with a washer / dryer!

Close to train stations and there is some good eats around the area. Since I was there for long stay I loved having washer/dryer in room with detergent/clothes softener supplied at hotel. I would stay again for next visit to Tokyo.

柔軟剤が借りられるようになって嬉しい
東急STAYは部屋に洗濯機があるのが好きで、2泊以上の宿泊になる時は、ここ以外のロケーションも含めて利用させてもらっている。難点は、粉末洗剤は提供されていても柔軟剤がなく、そのままだとバリバリになってしまうところだった。そのため、携帯容器に液体洗剤と柔軟剤を入れて持ち込んでいたのだが、久しぶりに行ったら、洗剤も液体洗剤になり、柔軟剤も貸し出ししてくれるようになっていました。これは大変ありがたいです。ただし、このサービスは、全国の東急STAY標準ではなく、ここ五反田だけだそうです。

Very convenient hotel location right next to the JR Gotanda Station. Staff was always very helpful and kind at all hours. Bed was extra firm and the duvet kept shifting inside the cover so it had to be re-arranged almost every night.

Obviously during the Corona-19 epidemic prices were cheap and the hotel quiet. I liked my stay so much that I came back two days later and stayed again. Clean, and super location near the station. Jonathon's restaurant and 7/11 in the same complex makes life easier. Free coffee in the lobby? I'll be back if the prices stay this low!

The location is great. It’s super close to the JR and subway station, and you can get to city centres such as Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku within a few minutes by train. The room with kitchenette is spacious by Japanese hotel standards. You a microwave to heat up your food, and you can even do your own laundries in the room!

I like the location of this accomodation as it was very confident to use either the JR and Metro lines which is very convenient to go Sightseeing and exploring to other places, especially when in a rush or limited stay in Tokyo. Many areas to eat and drink during the day and night, which is very useful because you can either grab and go or sit down and eat. The staff where very nice and helpful and friendly which is a big highlight because it just makes the experience better. The bed was comfortable to sleep in as not too firm or too soft so a good balance. At the foyer entrance the addition of a small Amenities area to pick up essentials if needed is a nice touch for those not carrying too much and can just rely on that, as well as a complementary coffee from the coffee machine for when you need something warm or to energised yourself after a long day or big morning ahead. I would say they need to maybe change the washing machine / dryers to something more simpler to understand as found to have a lot of trouble with it as just more complex than others I’ve come across whilst my stay and travels in japan, especially when neeed to do laundry as one of the reasons I chose this property was based on this room amenity. There was some mould on the ceiling of my room and like a stain on my bed doona cover, so was a little let down when first inspecting the room as just small details make a difference. Also there was a hair piece near the shower head. Overall good.
