"Very friendly and helpful host and staff. The place is brand new and has all the amenities of highest standards. It's very clean too. You won't be disappointed. It is very close to the shore and in a quiet neighbourhood. Well, the whole Ooma was very quiet :) Although via text messaging, the communication with the host was quick and efficient. "The room is very outdated and doesn’t look like their advertised photos at all. The lobby is located in the newer building but the room they put us in was actually in an older building. Everything inside the room was very old with strangely bad smell. There was strong cigarette smell inside the elevators. I wish the hotel could been more honest and done a better job at disclosing their current room conditions so customers know what they get themselves into. Please do your own research before booking this hotel."
