I had booked two Super Deluxe rooms for two nights. I share the bitter experience:-
1. Poor correspondence. Despite several emails (attaching all the emails, invoices and vouchers from Hotels.com) the hotel dint confirm my booking. All throughout the journey I was under tension.
2. Hotel lobby looks good and the garden had beautiful flowers.
3. Wrong category of rooms allocated.
4. Issues with the Super Deluxe Rooms - My room had various issues. Patches of wallpapers stuck and also peeled off at various places. The walls were stained and wet. Bathrooms light not working. The controls for both showers were broken. Door frames broken and cracked walls. Gaps in the main door enabled people standing outside to hear our conversations. The fan/airconditioner controls were not working (during summer). Bad furniture quality. Toiletries and dental kit not provided.
5. Pathetic Service - I immediately asked for change of room. However, I was told that rooms were not ready and I will be shifted to new rooms as soon as I arrive after visiting the mall road. 6. Finally after a bitter argument with the staff, manager, etc. I was allocated another rooms, which weren’t cleaned after the erstwhile occupants left. Noise due to work going on right outside our room. Ruined my family’s mood and we were mentally throughout our stay.
7. Multiple issues in the hotel. Please abstain from staying in this hotel. Photographs posted on tripadvisor.com.
