The hotel was right in the middle of the shopping and food areas. You are right smack in the middle. Shibuya close to the train station about a 5 min walk. Room was small but what other Japan room isn't.

This was my first time here but I will stay here again in the future. The hotel staff was great, spoke great English and I could not be happier with my stay.

Kept itching. Bed sheets are not clean. Cockroach on first day. When they cleaned my room, the bed sheets were not replaced. Seriously though, my whole body kept itching, as the room was not fresh.

This is my 2nd time n quite surprised that the room floor was quite dirty. Seemed not been vacuumed for a while. Also was has stain that seems removable easily not being removed. Cushion on bed was dusty as I moved it I sneezed immediately. Staff was friendly though but not much response when I gave my feedback at point of check out. Very disappointed.

The staff was very courteous. They allow early check-in for a fee or I was given the option of 1pm (1 hour earlier) check in by signing up for a free membership. The room was as expected (in fact my twin bed was slightly larger than a standard twin) and a great location in Shibuya for the price. It’s small, as expected, but perfect for one person who’s out and about all day and just needs a central place to sleep. The hotel is upgraded and modern. I don’t think they have a gym, but didn’t spend time seeking it out. The only negative was that their elevators jump a bit, not a smoove of a ride, but otherwise work fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is positioned well in the city - walking distance to much of the good stuff. The amentities are okay. The place is very clean. The room is very small. I would have liked more storage space. Even just more hooks throughout the room or built-in drawers under the bed would have been helpful for a long stay. I also would have appreciated a small fitness center very much.

In the heart of Shibuya
Centrally located in Shibuya. 10 min walk to Harajuku, the Shinuya train station & plenty of nightlife within a couple of blocks. Japanese stay out until 4 am so you will here the city if you’re a light sleeper. Didn’t bother me at all.

Excellent location right in Shibuya within a short walking distance to everything. The room is small but good enough for one person and a short stay just for sleeping, especially for the price. Clean room with amenities. Very good value for money. Will stay again.

Awful!
Small, uncomfortable rooms, poor service by staff who spoke only Japanese. It was advertised as being close to the Shibuya station which is not true. I would certainly not recommend this hotel.
