The hotel staff were extremely nice, but many couldn't understand English. There were certainly many communication issues - ordering food / checking out, etc.

Great hotel

Great location hotel for what I needed, right next to the mall as well. The lobby was stunning but a shame the rooms were looking a little worn with a cracked basin and tiles etc, but that didn't really affect my stay. Would have preferred to not have to pay a deposit for the room upon check-in as I had no intention of using the minibar or anything else, it would be a much better system to charge at check-out. Particularly annoying as the deposit was extortionate compared to the room rate..!

confusing arrangement

there is no room available for us even we prepaid the rooms so they asked us to move in a bigger room that have 2 bedroom, instead of 2 separate rooms. we accepted as we are very tired but we are not feeling comfortable about this. after a few hours, they said the rooms are available now and ask us to move again. they even asked us to pay for the room rent for the bigger room... ridiculous and confusing arrangements!!

This is a five star hotel, so much of what is expected is delivered, but breakfasts are overpriced, and to pay for internet which is seriously slow is an equally serious put off.
