The staff is very friendly and they help quickly. The conditions of the room are not the best. The toilets look like a public park toilet. The towels are dirty etc. etc…

Sign to turn in the property miss placed causing you to have to make the block if you missed your turn. Facility not handicapped accessible with no elevator. Staff was friendly/helpful and the rooms were very clean. Rooms need more lighting.

Great room for the price
Check-in was a breeze-friendly staff. Room was nice. There were a couple of things that could be improved, but I didn’t ask anyone about them, so I don’t know if it could have been improved. I adjusted the heat—but it made no difference. That may just be how all hotels are. Since I turned off the heat, it would have been nice to have an extra blanket in the room. I didn’t call the desk to see if I could get one. I should have. Also, if you’re going to go so far as to have 8 pillows on the bed, it would be nice if there were a variety of firmness/fluffiness. So overall a great stay.

Toilet seat needs to be chabged desperately. I cleaned it twice and sat only when I had to. The heater did not work properly on the 2nd day. We were gone all day and left it on 78 and it was cold jn the room. After 2 hours, it finally got warmer.

Would have been wonderful had the temp in room not been 68 and outside weather about 8 degrees. Took the heater 3-4 hrs to get to a decent temp heater running at 90 degrees whole time. I froze and could not sleep for a long time. Only got about 5 hrs of sleep and it was broken up because was way too cold then way too hot!

Lots of construction going on in the area, making it noisy and the caulking in the bathroom for the first room was moldy. The second room had no plungers to use the bathtub or the sink.
