Ruined my day with poor service and communication. Things to share.
1. I sent my T shirt to be cleaned, obviously the staff who took my shirt never listened to my request upon handling. The next day their concierge called me asking again on how to clean. I confirmed with them many times to put the cleaned shirt in my room even with the red light on, however, they don’t listen to me. On the third day I found out there is something wrong with my shirt possible due to their over wash and I called the concierge, it took them forever to call me back….
2. I don’t think they are qualified to be a 5 start rated hotel, all other competitive hotels even including 4 start hotels would prepare the slippers placed beside the bed, they are the exception.
3. I requested a different weight scale on the phone, the lady who answered the phone seems very impatient.
