"Very clean, excellent location "

"It has a good location and connects to MTR via the department store. It's a bit far (1 km), but there are many things along the way. The hotel is as luxurious as expected. I once stayed in Langham, London, and this Shenzhen hotel has that same vibe. The room is spacious, and the staff was attentive and responded to all requests quickly and correctly, even though they were not perfect in English. Overall, I will stay here again if I come to Shenzhen."

"This is one of the best hotel with a cheap price. It’s beautiful and the view is incredible. Free water, laundry and snacks. It’s one of my favorite hotel. Stayed in many 5 stars and this is one of the best and the lowest price. It’s only 4 stars American standard because there’s no pool and bathtub which we don’t need. Otherwise it’s a truly 5 stars in the high end."

"The hotel is super clean and modern. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and close to shopping and Shenzhen Bay. There are tons of restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here next time."
