Front Desk Staff were around to help us even very late at night, and they were always friendly, understanding, and willing to work with what we needed. Fellow tenants were kind, and the clean staff was also very polite and patient. I had no real expectations when I booked since it was my first time, but I was exceedingly pleased with my experience. An unforgettable part of our vacation was returning to Sonesta every night. Thank you, Sonesta Staff!!!"

"The hotel accommodations and staff were great for our 'solar eclipse' visit with friends in Cleveland. We brought a guest who was also impressed with the facility and services. We enjoyed the lovely lobby but didn't get to the 9a-9pm pool/ whirlpool facility due to having a couple of busy and tiring days. Walking in the neighborhood gave us a local option for breakfast!
