We were able to make ourselves at home and feel really comfortable. Close to public transport so very easy to get out and see the London sights. "Room clean, tidy and lovely comfy bed, breakfast was great. Only problem we had was with the bathroom. Frequent loud gurgling noise through the pipes which we assume was due to other guests using their bathroom plus one major downside was that our rain head shower didn’t work. Water gushed from the top of the head and down the sides. Thankfully there was a little handheld shower head too. Reported to reception staff but no apology. "

"Great for airport location at a cheap price and being on services area made it good for finding something to eat. Room was very tired with only an electric portable heater for warmth which was needed. Unfortunately our room was situated above the entrance sliding door which kept going all night which gave for a terrible nights sleep. The reception staff were very rude and not engaging at all, so pleased it was for one night only. Would use again just because of price and would request not having the same room!!"

The staff were so pleaant and helpful and friendly, Breakfast was wonderful offering a very wide choice to select from.
