"Everything was great "

"We visited several local restaurants with amazing food in the area. Loved the hotel, the cleanliness and quietness of it, and the staff. Only complaints (and they are not really complaints) is the bed comfort was not what we are used to and we had a hard time figuring out how to make the shower work (it had a handicap handheld option - which also would not stay in its holder). But that was a minor thing, like I said, not really a complaint. Will definitely stay here again next time we go to Kansas City."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay! We cae into Kansas City for a horse show for my daughter. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed yet quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing helpful recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed for a great trip.The home had all the comforts of home, plus a few extra touches that made it feel special. Whether it was enjoying coffee on the patio, making meals in the well-stocked kitchen, or just unwinding after a long day of exploring, we truly felt at ease.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and worry-free getaway! Location is great too!"

"We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion! The home was a great place to gather—plenty of space, and the rooms were fresh, clean, and inviting. The kids were so happy with the pool and hot tub! Shaymond was an outstanding host—very communicative and helpful. He even stopped by personally to assist with the backyard lights, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for home base!"

"The house is laid out nicely with plenty of room for our family of 5. Lots of games in the downstairs area. We had a couple of issues caused by our group and Veronica was very helpful in getting the issues resolved and was very understanding."

"I didn't like that the thermostat was upstairs to the other part of the house. I had no control or access to it and it was really cold when we got there. "

"We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. Only recommended items would be paper towels, kleenex and a pizza cutter. We would stay again if Comps bring us to this location. "

"“Putting lipstick on a pig,” sums up this VRBO property. It’s dark and dingy. The photos are washed out with light to make this place look livable. At first, I was greeted by an odorous assault of Glade plug-ins. I spent the evening sneezing and blowing my nose, wondering what stench the plug-ins had intended to cover up. The bathroom hosted a profuse stench of urine. There were various bugs, debris, stains, burn marks, and blankets with animal hair throughout the apartment. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. The sheetrock, paint, electric panels, and drop ceiling were all abysmal and embarrassing to look at. Upon waking up after night one, I found it difficult to breathe through my nose or mouth and my eyes were swollen. Of all that I could smell, cat was the most prevalent scent. I am deathly allergic to cats. I proceeded to contact the host and Evolve, telling them I needed to vacate the property. They gave me an option to have a cleaner come. They informed me, “they had never owned cats, nor have cats been in the space.” My body’s reaction proved otherwise! I told them that, that would not work to rectify the situation. I requested a refund after only one of my thirteen-night stay was used, which they, sort-of, granted. They gave me a pittance of 1/5th of the total cost I paid! The folks that gave negative reviews are 100% in the right here. I suppose this place may be suitable if your only other option is sleeping in the gutter. STAY FAR AWAY!"
