I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to go to Egypt. The cleanliness was absolutely amazing. My wife has OCD so cleanliness is very important they cleaned the room 2/3 times a day folded our clothes and serviced us with any questions we had. Me as a guy food is the only thing that really matters! And the food options was great. They created a birthday cake for my wife which was amazing.

Jaz Mirabel is a perfectly adequate Red Sea resort. Considering the extremely good value, I would find it harsh to criticise much. However, the food is average & seems to cater to the majority Eastern European guests. The grounds and beach were nice and you are able to use facilities at all of the Mirabel sister resorts. The staff were all very friendly and hard-working but felt like (as with most of Sharm) that everyone is on the grift for a tip. They were pleasantly surprised that I could use please and thank you in Arabic. The entertainments team did their best and what I saw of the Cuban dance show seemed good but I do not really come to a place like this for huge west end quality shows. Overall it seemed clean, friendly and I would come back for a long weekend at most.

The hotel is great. Food, staff, rooms, cleaning - excellent! Live music every night. There is a sunken ship near the beach, I recommend swimming on it, very exciting. I didn't like alcohol. The bridge was painted on the beach, there was not a pleasant smell and the paint was in the water.

Just came back from and amazing holiday here. I have been her many many times before and can never fault the hotel, bar staff and restaurant staff are amazing couldn’t do enough for you working extremely long hours and always have a smile on their faces, house keeping are very good room was always spotless and made me towel art on the bed with a swan and stuff, even though I was alone. :) entertainment team very good Kirsten and Emma the 2 English girls were so nice and loved to get everyone involved I came here on my own and they always made sure I was ok and Involving me in the activities, you could see when they wasn’t in, jetlee so funny, again, always smiling and happy, bouncing around with so much energy. Evening entertainment like beach party was a fun night and good party, day time they had darts, aqua gym and foam and colours party which I loved and had such a good time dancing and laughing loads. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is coming to sharm el sheikh. can’t wait to come back already. Already looking at dates and prices 😃

The hotel is fine. It’s good. The staff work so hard and are non stop sweating. I do understand the staff at reception are working hard - and mainly dealing with queries and complaints. But honestly- if they had the ability not to lie or just feed us false information. It would be so much easier. On checkout day - cleaner wakes me up at 8.30 and I have no idea why. Then I come to reception to check out at 10, as I was awake by the cleaner. And then they’re asking me why you checkout early. You’re too early … what am I supposed to do with that?

I have been treated like a stupid idiot this holiday. I ask please can we have the football. He send me across the hotel to the screen and it’s not on. I wait 30 minutes for his staff to come. Nobody comes. I go back to reception he tells me yes. It’s working. So I go back. Like an idiot. And the television is not on! I am thinking they think I am stupid. I have been here 8 times. I will never come back here again. Never ever ever I’m sorry. After emad left. The GM. Things have gone very bad. This is not 5 stars

Picked the hotel based on amazing online reviews and tell you what, it did not disappoint me. Went there for a family trip…was great. The hotel and facilities were excellent. Food was very good, specially breakfast and dinner…lunch was ok but with all inclusive you have the snack bars serving pizza, burgers, hotdogs and were great. Service was outstanding and the service team was exceptional on all fronts, specifically: - Abdallah Khaled in the reception/front office - Mohamed in room service, and - All the restraint staff. Wonderful resort with lots to do! The staff were incredible, including Muhamed Saeid at the front desk who helped me a lot and the restaurant crew, who were very kind! Food was good and room was comfortable. The room wifi was pretty bad, but not a big deal for me. I used the laundry service and it was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

What can I say the property is amazing, rooms a bit dated but I did go to sit in my room, tge service and staff are amazing with facilities for everyone. Food was great as was the choice.

The hotel management was very helpful and very proactive, especially the front desk manager Asya and the hotel managers M.Wael and M.Shawky. We had a free upgrade to a family room which was great with a child. My daughter loved the animal figures prepared by room service and i appreciated the fruit baskets. The food was amazing with lots of variety. The heated pools were a blessing when the weather was on the cold side. The slides were amazing but the jetty was under repair. There was an alternative though which was to use Steigenberger's jetty a bit further down the beach walkway. Would definitely recommend!

There were a few issues that detracted from my experience. The food at the restaurant was just average, and the service was slow. Additionally, the resort was a bit far from the main attractions and there wasn't much to do in the immediate area. Overall, I would say that this resort was satisfactory, but not worth the price. There are probably better options available for the same price or even less.

This property is even better than it looks like in the pictures. The staff is so helpful too. Highly recommended. Just one suggestion would be if they had a fee more meal options for vegetarians.

This hotel is paradise. The staff here are Wow From the concierge ismael and ibrahim Reception Ahmed Wael and Nataly (I made a request from Nataly and it was delivered immediately, very happy) Blue bar- Abdo and Mahmoud. Amazing!! Brilliant Las Palmas bar- emad and Mohamed. Two of the best! Arafat and the staff at the snack bar close to the beach. The staff there are outstanding. And the beach!! Salah, Ahmed, Mahmoud, Bebo, and the number 1- Moustafa. I love all the beach bar guys. I spend all my time with them! Great guys. And a big thank you to the managers for always giving me time to thank them and chat with them Yasser, hani, and GM EMAD. He was amazing to do all he did for me The animation were all so amazing too. I enjoyed their activities and fun and stuff. Aida, Valeria. They were very very nice. I just can’t wait to return very soon
