bad experience

firstly when i got to the hotel the taxi driver from hotel left a bag behind at the airport which had my passports, after an hour of finding them i ws giving a twin room when i booked a king room and non smoking, i have 2 kids so they asked if they can bring the 2 beds together, sure i refused as i booked a king with extra sofa bed then they moved me to king room that was suffocating coz it was a smoking room, again i refused coz my son have allergies, then was asked to wait at lobby after an hour or so finally they found me what i booked for, in total i waited about 3 hours just to get a room and not to forget the stress i went through of my missing passports, next day a manager called coz i did survey about hotel and what i went through, he said he heared about what happened to me and he wants to make it up to me to make my stay enjoyable , i stayed 5 nights with my kids and he never called me back. very bad experience on the first day i arrived which suppose to be fulll of excitement, beside that it was ok but i suggest the chef to change the menu on different days, 5 night there 5 nights of same food which made me go to anothet hotel restaurants to eat different kind of foods, staff was really friendly, in my room there were so many big ants and also in my friends room, sorry for this review but thats what happened.

Bath room was broken they say they will fix it next day and never do . A lots of bugs in the room . Air condition eather very cold if you turne it down it will stop working

Hotel buono, ma non un 5 stelle!!

Pros: Struttura carina con tante piscine (e due sono anche riscaldate); Personale gentile e con un buon inglese e alcuni anche un buon italiano.
Cons: Sicuramente la gestione della pulizia e la ristorazione

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 9 giorni per festeggiare il capodanno. La vacanza è stata stupenda ed il soggiorno gradevole. L'Hotel è vicino Naama Bay, quindi è abbastanza comodo per fare un giro in centro la sera. Comunque in generale non avevo l'impressione di essere in un hotel a 5 stelle. Il personale è stato cordiale e parlava bene inglese e alcuni anche italiano. Il voto che do all'hotel è buono. La struttura è carina, ma il cibo non è il massimo e la pulizia ha lasciato un po' a desiderare, la definirei superficiale, ma fortunatamente non da incubo. La cosa che mi ha un po' infastidito è stato che la pulizia giornaliera della stanza (che consisteva essenzialmente nel rifacimento del letto) veniva fatta in orari indefiniti della giornata e spesso il signore delle pulizie passava verso le 18. Infatti per esempio il giorno in cui abbiamo fatto l'escursione con i quad nel deserto, siamo tornati alle 17.30. Naturalmente eravamo pieni di sabbia e quindi siamo andati in camera per fare una doccia. Dopo 5 minuti è arrivato il signore delle pulizie chiedendoci di aspettare per fargli riassettare la stanza.

Absolute garbage!

I have never reviewed a hotel but I feel obligated to warn others. This hotel is absolute garbage in every which way. Food, service, cleanliness and everything else about the property is absolute garbage. Im puzzled as to how thier management has the courage to actually approach guests asking about thier stay!! Stay away at any cost.

Centralt beliggenhed i byen tæt på Naama Bay.

Pros: Personalet og omgivelserne med små pool og grønt.
Cons: Maden og inventaret. Free wifi.

Har prøvet mange hoteller i Sharm El-Sheikh og havde længe tænkt om, at det skulle være Hilton Sharm Dreams Resort. Vi havde 10 dage med morgenmad. Må indrømme at hotellet ikke lever op til et Hilton standard, som man tænker, når man hører Hilton. Receptionen virker stor og indbydende, men inventaret er slidt og forfalden både på værelserne og på fælles arealerne. Morgenmaden manglede spil og farver i buffetten. Den var anrettet i kedelige skåle, og der manglede friske skåret frugt og grønt, som kunne få øjnene til at smile. Kedelig saftevand og juice, som smagte af flad limonade og vand. Flad kaffe og earl gray the. Man savnede en lækker juice og en god kaffe. Vi deltog til julebuffetten d. 24.dec. hvor vi fik en overraskelse. Her var virkelig kræsen for maden. Der så man farver i buffetten. Vi betalte 475.- egyptiske pund for 2 voksne og 1 barn. Bruseren i badet var i stykker, og virkede sparsomt. Køleskabet var usselt og frosset til. Hotellet oplyser om free wifi, men det var skuffende kun mod betaling- ca. 100.-kr pr. dag pr. person, hvor på billigere hoteller og cafeer´ tilbyder gratis i byen. Personalet er der ikke noget at klage over. Egypterne er som altid venlige og ydmyg og kender til alt, hvad der hedder at servicere deres gæster. De forsøger med de midler, som de nu har, at tilfredse enhver gæst på hotellet. I betragtning af, at Sharm´ har haft 2 store kriser, formår personalet at tage alting med et smil og kigge lyst på alting.

Ik heb in de 2,5 week dat ik er met mijn kinderen heb gezeten veel gebruik gemaakt van de zwembaden en de in-uitgang want het eten werden we ziek van gelukkig hadden wij enkel ontbijt. lakens 2x verschoond, niet dagelijks schoongemaakt, TV meerdere malen gevraagd om afstandbediening welke we voor de laatste 3 dgn van onze vakantie pas kregen toen waren er al 2 weken voorbij! handdoeken werden bijna niet verschoond, wel weggehaald maar als je nieuwe vroeg zaten deze standaard in de was en zouden ze later brengen wat niet gebeurde tot de volgende avond. met inchecken ook via jullie site geprobeerd aan te geven dat we later kwamen ivm vertraagde vlucht waardoor we onze connectie misten. toen hebben ze ons alsnog als no show opgegeven en heeft een vriendin van mijgelukkig met moeite geregeld dat wij in onze kamer konden. bij boeking ook aangegeven dat ik slecht ter been ben ook hier geen rekening mee gehouden!!!! bij vertrek werd mijn bankpas en creditcard niet geaccepteerd voor betaling daar ik de kamer enkele uurtjes langer had genomen ivm terugvlucht. ook cash deed men moeilijk maar kon ik wel mee betalen,ook een bonnetje werd moeilijk over gedaan.over 20 x dat ik in SSH ben geweest is Hilton Dreams de slechtste service, hygiene en ontbijt wat ik heb meegemaakt en zal er ook nooit meer boeken! Laat staan aanraden ik weet vele betere hotels waar ik in ieder geval wc papier, handdoeken en een goed ontbijt in overvloed krijg met daarnaast klantvriendelijk geholpen word.

excellent Me and my family had a great time . the resort is nearby everything, the beach , naama bay. there is so much to enjoy. the breakfast was awesome too next time i am going to Sharm El Sheikh I will def book in Hilton but I will book it all inclusive better the bar has all drinks for free except cocktails
