I am making this review on baron resort, not baron palms because it is closed, and they switched us to baron resort.
The overall stay was disappointing, from the check in to the check out, we received our room very late and after the waiting time we received a wrong room, snd we waited again for the other room.
The majority of the staff don't treat egyptians very well, as Egyptians we didn't feel that we are welcome in this hotel, you must request what you want many times to get everywhere, at the pool bar, the restaurant and even at the reception.
They didn't even respond to you when you say good morning or hi.
The most important thing, that there is no serious measures taken for the Covid 19, most of the staff is not wearing masks properly, no cleaning or sanitisation for the table or anything, even the housekeeping staff is not wearing masks at all.
Really it was a big disappointment to stay in this hotel, and I will not repeat it again.
