Excellent customer service, felt like royalty. Good restaurant withinh hotel and in soho square.
Two complaints- drains in bathroom smelt a bit and fruit options at breakfast were very limited, not the exotic choices I expected.
You could not ask for anymore from hotel staff. They are the most helpful, kind and friendly people that would do anything for you. Food choices and quality was second to none. Cleanliness was superb. Lovely to have a beach you can walk to. Overall the family had a great holiday and would love to go back.

This is our 4th visit to the hotel. The staff are great and growing in awareness and attention to detail around diet restrictions - they managed to work around a gluten free diet very well this time. In general the staff are extremely professional and genuinely warm and friendly. The hotel itself is in lovely condition and the grounds are very impressive.
The issue that we had with this visit was putting us in an apartment adjacent to several that were going through major refurbishment. I realize that ongoing maintenance needs to happen to keep the hotel up to the high standard that they have set, but having builders, the smell of paint, and vehicles/workers coming and going from early morning until evening was not great. The hotel was probably no more than 25% occupied so I really don't understand why they could not plan the apartments used for guests to be away from these disturbances?
This unfortunate circumstance would not put me off booking again at the hotel; I just hope that their management is monitoring this kind of feedback and take steps to improve their approach to planning.
The hotel was ok. We had a swim up room which was excellent. However to get to reception where the main bars and restaurants were, was a long walk up the stairs. This was the major draw back to our stay. Food was good and so was the relaxation pool. Did not use any other pools due to the long walk to them
The hotel is good value for money. The pool and beach area are great, particularly if you like snorkelling. The rooms are nice and spacious and quite a lot is included in the all-inclusive package. It is slightly outside of the busy Naama Bay area, while still being very accessible. Staff were good on the hole, but the food in the main dining hall isn't fantastic so we ate out a couple of times and used the Thai restaurant at the hotel, which was a big step up. It was very easy to book excursions such as scuba diving through the hotel as well.
The hotel is situated between Naama Bay and the Airport. The hotel has a 20.000 sqm garden and pool area.More
Everyone was helpful and wanted us to enjoy our stay. The atmosphere in the restaurants and around the pool and beach was one of friendliness and comfort.
There are seven hotels in the complex of which the Prestige is the best. There was space for everyone around the pools and the beaches: no us dignified scramble for sun beds.
This is a top class hotel with no stuffiness.
The sea view room we occupied was very big, had a comfortable balcony with a proper view of the sea ( no standing on tiptoe and peering round a corner to glimpse the sea.)
This holiday was fantastic value for money.
If you are expecting to get 5* think again, this hotel lacks the standard expected to reach this expectation.
The quality of the food seriously let's this hotel down. The main restaurant at lunch and dinner resemble a cattle market, at best; frequently running short of both plates and tables to sit at.
Albeit very accommodating by the staff which work there, the service is overwhelmed by the numbers of guests vs. staff available.
The food is repetitive and very bland. 90% of the time it lacks the quality expected of a 5* hotel.
There were no Mosquitos and the weather was glorious throughout. The Hotel staff were always very helpful and friendly.
Tired furnishings and decor combined with out dated and worn surroundings, spoil what could be a lovely hotel. With some money spent on it, this would be a good holiday resort.
The Egyptian guests are often very pushy and impolite, a queue is just an obstacle to them!
The two additional restaurants at the Hilton - (the Asian and Italian) should both be included as part of the AI package as the quality of both these restaurants far surpasses those of the buffet restaurants.
