Two complaints- drains in bathroom smelt a bit and fruit options at breakfast were very limited, not the exotic choices I expected.
Loved it! We had a great stay at the Sultan Gardens Resort, this was our first visit to Sharm el-Sheikh and hopefully the first of many. Some people we spoke to said they have been multiple times and always return to the Sultan Gardens and I can see why, when you find a great place why risk going elsewhere?
The excursions available on site are really well organised and the service level great, you might get them cheaper elsewhere but you wont get the same level of service.

Everyone was helpful and wanted us to enjoy our stay. The atmosphere in the restaurants and around the pool and beach was one of friendliness and comfort.
There are seven hotels in the complex of which the Prestige is the best. There was space for everyone around the pools and the beaches: no us dignified scramble for sun beds.
This is a top class hotel with no stuffiness.
The sea view room we occupied was very big, had a comfortable balcony with a proper view of the sea ( no standing on tiptoe and peering round a corner to glimpse the sea.)
