Staff dont pick.up phone calls. Hotel is too old, and almost everything is partially working. Rooms are not at all sound proof

It is filthy!! Smells. They didn’t even have a bottle of water in the room. Towels are all torn & frayed. Very bad experience.

Not plug to charge my phone. Mangment very rude and aggressive we lost our phone in resptoin we ask them for CCTV the say is not working our room was shered with Cople we can't not sleep very noisy

Nice budget hotel in friendly area of Sharjah. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. Hotel is close to grocery stores, mall, eateries, city park, salons, pharmacies. The room was specious and had a good view of the city. The bathroom had some mold in the tile grout - other than that, no other complaints.

Good overall hotel...beach is quite far
NOTHING to do if your seeking for fun around this hotel. Attractions are veryyyyy far from it except beach (15min bus, half day only). Alcohol and party is completely PROHIBITED in this city. Dubai has a couple of hotels where you can drink and Jaman is the spot to buy such drinks. Metro + bus is about 1:30-2:00 hours away from Dubai...prepare good shoes, a lot of walking involved!!!

The first room I got was supposed to be non-smoki
The first room they put me in was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed was impossible to get comfortable on. Everything was old and outdated. They were very limited television channels. It is in a very rough part of town.

The hotel don't deserve 2 start ,is just a simple hotel I think is expensive for what it is ,this is the worst parking I have never seen of my life no security nothing ,and is very dirty ,only 2 lift working for customers ,so need patients,the people are working they don't know how to be nice and smile ,I have been waiting for two day to get a iron

I would never stay there again.. hard bed.. dirty hotel, i was scared to sleep on the bed.. wall adapter would not fit into the plugin in the wall.. they keep your passport at the front desk, which seems unusually and scares me cause that the only document you can leave the country with.. overall very uncomfortable would not recommend
