Very a nice place, convenient modern and comfortable. Accidentally book one more night so negotiated with staff to upgrade the room by cancel on night turns out to have a free upgrade in the end. Very appreciate and completely out of exception!!! Definitely gonna come back again next time!

We arrived the hotel at 9am+ in the morning and they let us check in immediately to rest. The location is so good and is so convenience to go all the sightseeing places. Right opposite the hotel is a shopping centre, we can get the foods easily. Highly recommend.. 👍👍👍

At check in hotel didn’t have our correct booking we booked 6 rooms, hotel received a booking for one room from the app. We waited very long time for check in
Hotel main entrance is not same as shown on pictures, this is the restaurant entrance. And the restaurant is closed!
This is not the official Mercure hotel. In Chinese it’s a different brand ( as we were told by Chinese friends)

Very nice hotel, would love to stay there again,only let down was the lack of staff on reception,one person dealing with reception on arrival and departure,but staff were very helpful

The hotel is exceptionally clean and the rooms are very spacious. The major downside was the staff and customer service experience. Front desk staff were so unhelpful and unfriendly. They don't smile or greet you well when first checking in or even when passing by the front desk, very low standards for a well known chain of hotels. Definitely need more training and education in the hospitality department, not a welcoming experience at all.

So disappointed with the finishing of the rooms, particularly the windows. As I understand, rooms and the property were recently renovated when they took over from the previous hotel. But they could not even finish the basics. Windows could not be fully closed tight and leaves a gap for the noise from traffic. Rooms reek of cig smell and they did not even bother to rid the smell. Not what I would expect from Accor.
Location is not bad though. Opp a mall with adequate dining options.

The hotel is newly refurbished. Everything is so new and luv the ID. Unfortunately there were few china tourists smoked in the room with open door thus making the entire floor stink. We requeted to change to another floor but sadly the recep only able to upgraded one room even thou we booked for 2 rooms. Is a non-smoking hotel i hope they can take a strict control.

The location was quite central. You are steps from metro and you garden. However, quite a bit of a language barrier and they couldn't get wifi to work for me. Some guy looked at my phone for a few minutes and handed it back to me and said it's my fault and nothing I can do.
