Such a beautiful building, full of character and charm, the room did not disappoint, it was spacious, very tastfully decorated and very clean. Im looking forward to returning on my next visit.

Good Business hotel But...
Water pressure is below the required, hard to take a shower, I talked to the receptionist who confirmed it is going to be fixed for the day, but it didn't . The hotel shows it has a fitness center but the Fitness does not belong the the hotel and you have to pay at the center to grant access, it is not really a fitness center but a room with an average quality treadmill, a bike and a stepper .... was not satisfied as my choice was oriented because of the "fitness" center

Probably the best hotel in the area
The hotel was very quiet when we stayed in early January, so did not experience the hotel at its best. In summer, the rear garden terrace and pool would be very pleasant, especially after visiting the extensive Roman ruins. The room was very cold, as the air-con did not work for most of the time and the tiled floor, which would be perfect in summer, didn't help. The food offering was very small, especially for dinner, but this was no doubt due to lack of guests at this time of year. Front desk staff hardly spoke to us, just as little as possible, so not very welcoming. The hotel in general reeked of cigarette smoke, and although this fault is found almost everywhere in Tunisia, it's not a good image coming from front desk staff.

Very comfortable, high-class hotel in Sfax.
The rooms were impeccable. Very good maintenance. Free parking, which was great. The restaurant attached is awesome too. Very happy with the hotel. Will surely stay there if I visit Sfax again.

As always the Borj quality and welcome was great. The hotel is at this time having a new wing built onto it but this in no way affects day to day running and is due to be finished within 2 months. Greta staff great stay and close but not in the middle.

prix excessif
points à améliorer: - le buffet de petit déjeuner qui ressemble trop à un 2 étoiles. - les produits d'accueil que l'on retrouve dans les hotels ibis. la chambre est très propre et confortable, le personnel pro. cela ne vaut pas le prix de 133€, pour moi. A Tunis ville (pas Carthage) on trouve de meilleures prestations pour un prix un peu en dessous, sans bénéficier d'une convention.

Hotel bien concu et moderne. Bon standing - Chambre agréable et fonctionnelle. Assez calme. Le problème réside dans le service qui est TRES loin d'être au niveau. Donc au bilan hotel trés cher pour le service rendu. Localisation trés excentrée du centre ville et difficile à trouver. Rie aux alentours.

L'hotel e' all'altezza delle aspettative
Stile arabo d'altri tempi ma assolutamente moderno. Come viaggiare su una Rolls Royce degli anni trenta con il confort di un'auto attuale. Cosa dire poi? Pulizia e vari servizi eccellenti.

Forse il migliore albergo del mio tour in Tunisia. Servizio ottimo, staff premuroso e gentile, ristorante da non perdere, d'andarci anche se non si soggiorna. Un vero esempio in questo momento così difficile per la Tunisia.

Hôtel excentré mais agréable
L'hôtel ne se trouve pas à l'endroit indiqué sur les cartes Expedia, Venere etc. mais sur la route de Soukra, un peu plus loin du centre de Sfax. Facile d'accès en taxi (10-15 minutes) mais trop loin pour marcher jusqu'au centre-ville. Il est plaisant, sympathique, l'accueil est agréable, les chambres sont confortables. Petit point noir, à mon avis le buffet du petit-déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur d'un cinq étoiles et ne vaut pas les 12 € supplémentaires.

All the facilities you wonder about
Good Hotel, hosted in a building with character,well kept and runned.. Strong point is the service (rooms made twice a day, and evrywhere smiles for you) and the availability of many satellite channels, Pc for no charge, swimming pool (large warm and clean), hammam, hair-dresser and... weak point: you need a car, because the place is at 3 Km form the Sfax centrem and the sorroundings are not paticularly nice.
