Perfect for adventure seekers exploring Clingmans Dome, zip-lining, or Dollywood. The last quarter mile of the road to the cabin is a gravel road. It is lined with signs that will direct you the entire way. Depending on the weather, an SUV or Truck are the best type of cars to drive on the dirt/gravel road. We just did not get to check in until late at night for various reasons and it was quite scary getting up the one lane dirt/gravel road up the mountain. GPS took us even further up the mountain where nothing was and it was difficult to turnaround. Has to have someone help us find it! One we did, my emails had not come thru to give us the code so that was a process. But once we were inside, it was AWESOME! I just recommend that you check in during the daylight! ##### Sue A.
