The apartment is spacious and well equipped, with a good kitchen and bathrooms it is well located to several grocery stores and to the beach. The beach is a very good swimming beach with little surf and dip enough water. The beach restaurant offers good food and good service, has well has free beach’s chairs. They is also a good takeout place near by. The bus stop to Victoria is near by. The management is professional and friendly.

The villa was wonderful. The unit was clean and bright. The community was safe. Housekeepers, gardener and office safe were phenomenal. They were always cordial, responsive and accommodating. Will definitely return to this villa.

Great Value stay at Anse Royale
Great price/quality stay at the beautiful beach of Anse Royal. Conveniently located close to the airport as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful to organise a rental car, day trips, etc… Would recommend :)

Good location and quiet
The location was one block to the beach so it was very convenient. There are restaurants and small grocery stores all in walking distance. We spent 4 nights there and Maurice was very helpful in many ways.

Nice Stay
Very clean apartment with spacious rooms, kitchen and bathroom. Supplied dishes and utensils were spotless. A minute's walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Conveniently located for an easy drive to Victoria and all the major beaches and attractions. Friendly staff with quick and efficient check in/out. Provided free airport pickup and drop off. Main issues encountered was the shower water pressure severely dropped after a couple of days and remained low for the reminder of our stay. Also the internet was patchy. The only mirror is in the bathroom, a suggestion would be for another mirror in the bedroom above the provided table. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel was very ideal as it was in close proximity to everywhere in Anse Royale and it was quite easy to get the bus to other parts of the Island at a very reasonable rate. The only complaint we had was the high cost of the airport transfer (which was organized by the hotel) from the airport to the hotel. On our return to the airport, since we were travelling very light, we simply took the bust at a fraction of the shuttle rate! Altogether a nice and comfortable place with very good accessibility!

The property was like the way described. Neat and clean rooms with proper kitchen. They helped in getting a car for rental as well for a discount price.

Great service
A great place to stay. I was delighted with the free airport pick up service. The apartments are cleaned daily by lovely friendly ladies. Beach towels are provided. It is close to EVERYTHING, beach, ATM, fish shop, restaurants, market, grocery store. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic place!
* If you book through hotels.com or similar, I suggest you independently reach out to the hotel via email before arriving to get info about arriving, airport pickup etc.! They tried to contact us but somehow hotels.com blocked their communication. TLDR: stay here for a great spot while you rent a car to explore the island. WiFi is a little spotty and not all rooms have AC but staff is awesome and location is great! My husband and I travelled to the Seychelles on our honeymoon. We booked one night here as a last minute connecting night between our flight arrival and another booking at a resort. I wish we would have planned differently and stayed a few more nights at La Villa Therese! It is essentially an apartment (a la AirBNB), nothing extravagant but more than enough to use as a base camp while exploring the island. The property owner also has a rental car service with very reasonable rates. They will also shuttle you to/from the airport (for free, depending on # of nights booked). There are plenty of shops and a few restaurants close by... and a great beach! (Tip, head to the north end of the beach for great snorkeling). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Beach is a 2 minute walk away- photos are from the nearby cafe on the beach.

Wonderful stay at La Villa Therese
I stayed at 4 different properties at 4 different beaches through Seychelles and I thought La Villa Therese was the best at the mid-price range. I had a one bedroom apartment which was well kitted, comfortable and spacious. Patrick, the owner is incredibly hospitable and welcoming and went to great lengths to ensure that my stay was comfortable. He also offered great advice about travel in the Seychelles. The property is very reasonably priced and is located within a 2 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Mahe. It is very important to choose a property that is located on a nice beach as not all of the beaches on the Seychelles are worth staying at. Furthermore, La Villa Therese offers free pick up fro the airport one of the very few accommodation options to do this. This is a bonus as I heard about unscrupulous taxi drivers overcharging unsuspecting tourists from the airport 100Euros when the taxi fare should only be able 30euros. I really recommend La Villa Therese.

Nice apartment close to the beach, city centre
Villa provides a very good and comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people. The kitchen is pretty well equipped and guests can easily prepare meals. Small shops and restaurants are close of the house. Cheap food can also be purchased on the marketplace (especially fish). Cheap refreshment offer two fast food - take away. Great beach is about 5 minutes away. The bus stop is also 5 minutes from the apartment. Traveling by bus is very cheap and the capital of Victoria can be reached by bus in 40 minutes. One fare valid throughout the island, no matter how far you go. They need to improve communication with customers. We announced our exact arrival as early as 2 months in advance (receptionist acknowledged receipt of the report) and no one still waiting for us at the airport with a car. We had to phone the villa and difficult to negotiate with the receptionist, who said that we need to take a taxi, because we have not announced our arrival !!! Also they gave us very bad informations about the original price. We had to pay even though we were also endorsed the original amount that was included in the reservation. (We originally had reservations for 6 people and changes if I was 8 people - according to confirmed information should be the same price !!!).

The pick-up from and return to the airport was very convenient. Shops nearby. Would recommend renting a car and the manager Kalfa can help you arrange that. Very nice place!

Fantastic place
The apartment is very spacious and modernly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. Cleanliness was high standard. The location is great - 2 minutes walk from a nice sandy beach of Anse Royal. There are a few grocery stores nearby and fresh fruit and fish markets too. We rented a car and the location was very accessible to all attractions of the island. The staff is very friendly and helpful - both before and during the stay. They offer free pickup from/to the airport. They were also flexible with both check in and check out hours. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Therese very much and highly recommend it .

The units were comfortable and catered for most of our needs for our overnight stay, the unit has 3 aircons and tumble dryer with iron and kitchen fascilities, very limited TV channels. A little dissapointed with service the geyser was not switched on before our arrival and we had to bath in cold water, no apology offered! We got bitten by something like sandfleas whilst sitting on the lounge settees, these coaches need fumigation. The unit however is very clean and tidy, but this hotel IS NOT close to the airport as is advertised, it is a 20 minute drive.

Erittäin hyvä palvelu. Natalia ja Patrik teki kaikkensa sen eteen, että loma onnistui täydellisesti. Lentokenttäkuljetukset sisältyi majoitushintaan. Lisäksi Patrik kuljetti eri rannoille pienellä maksulla. Huoneeseen tuotiin tuoreita hedelmiä. Rantapyyhkeita sai lainata kuten myös snorklausvälineitä. Upea Anse Royal ranta vain 100m päässä! Lähtöpäivänä järjestyi toinen huone jonka saimme pientä maksua vastaan pitää lennon lähtöön saakka, vaikka lento lähti vasta puoliltaöin.Suosittelemme ehdottomasti tätä majoituspaikkaa!

Wir waren in einer größeren Gruppe (7 Erwachsene und 4 Kleinkinder) Anfang November für 4 Tage im Villa La Theres. Wir hatten vier verschiedene Apartments und können das Villa Theres wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Der sehr nette Inhaber Patrick und der on site Manager Rodi sind wundervolle Gastgeber. An einem Abend machten sie für uns ein mega leckeres BBQ mit ganz viel frischem Fisch und leckeren Salaten an welches wir uns immer gerne zurückerinnern werden. Danke nochmals Die Apartments sind Blitz blank und sehr geräumig. Vorallem mit Kindern total super! Nur 2 Min entfernt liegt das Café Kreol mit sehr leckeren Speisen und Getränken und ein wunderschöner Strand. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt im La There's und würden es jederzeit wieder buchen! Danke Melanie, Rodi und Patrick für alles!

Mycket trevligt boende
Lägenheten var i toppskick och det var rent och fint! Ägaren var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Nära stranden och några min promenad till bra snorkling! Några små affärer nära och några resturanger! Det enda som kunde ha varit bättre var wifi som var långsamt annars var allt toppen!

Amazing service
Due to circumstances beyond their control La Ville Therese had to relocate me to a different hotel. To compensate they did everything in their power for things to work as smoothly as possible and for my stay to be perfect. So unfortunately i can't say anything about their facilities but their service is excellent and i highly recommend giving them your business.
