"This is our 2nd stay at the lodge and we loved it just as much as the 1st. Location is lovely and as it was colder than when we booked last time, the heating and fire were very quick to warm the lodge. Fabulous stay!!!"

"Overall the propety was good, lots of space, however, it was marketed as disabled friendly but there were a couple of things that could be improved upon. There were 2 steps up to the main entrance & we didn't know there was a portable ramp until we explored the garage. The back door was disabled friendly but we weren't told where the key was, I just happened to find it in a bowl on the shelf in the kitchen. The downstairs bathroom was sort of kitted out to be a wet room but it actually had quite a small shower cubicle in the corner with a very low shower, please either make it into a wet room or have a larger shower cubicle. It would benefit from grab rails for the toilet & a shower mat to soak up the water, we looked in the drawers & cupboards but didn't find a mat. The upstairs bathroom had a hand held shower over the bath but no shower curtain or shower mat, this was inadequate for 3 able bodied adults, especially when the downstairs bathroom was being used by 3 disabled adults, which as I have said, was also inadequate really. It would really help to have an additional downstairs toilet, there were 6 of us, the proprty sleeps 8, but given there were 3 disabled people sharing 1 bathroom and 3 able bodied sharing another bathroom, if there had been 8 of us we would have really struggled. The property overall was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped but just not really as disabled friendly as it could be."

"We had a lovely time at The Staying in , lovely lodge, lovely neighbours and nice and quite , not far from the beach and plenty of places to go and see , great location, the lodge it’s self was good , everything you needed was there , there was a few large cobwebs near the tv that had been missed but with everything else being spot on , I would happily go back again , our 2 year old have a lovely family holiday with mummy and daddy , he didn’t want to leave"

"It was bad because we could not sleep owing to flys and bugs dirty bedding the smell was realy bad both of us coverd in bruise owing to spade in between doors week are two pensioners who have lost our husban owing to I’ll health and we needed a break and relax which we got none I rang and complained got a lot of running from one person to other then a call from. Owner said he was going to see what he could do for us he never rang back and never answered the phon we were very glad to leave that place would not recommend it to anyone"
