Just a few minutes from the centre of Annecy and a stone's throw from the lake, this modern T2 apartment is a real cocoon of well-being. Ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday, it combines comfort with the following features: Living room: \- Bright and friendly, with sofa bed, connected TV (Netflix, YouTube...) and internet fibre. \- Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, etc.). \- Bathroom: bath and vanity unit. \- Separate WC. Sleeping area: \- Bedroom: two single beds (90 cm) that can be made into a double bed. Outside area: \- Furnished balcony: cosy garden furniture and superb view of the lake and mountains. \- Private parking space in garage (2.30 m x 2.50 m x 5 m). Additional facilities: Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, connected TV. Cot and high chair available on request. Nearby amenities: The flat is ideally located in Sévrier, just 2 minutes' walk from the lake and 25 minutes' walk from the centre. \- Cycle path along the lake at the foot of the flat. \- Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 20 minutes' walk away.
