Staff was rude
We arrived early and yes, early check-in is not guaranteed but they had a total of 4 cars in their massive parking lot - there was NO way there were not plenty of rooms available. But they wouldn't let us check-in. Left and went to the Wyndym one next door and they were more than happy to accommodate us.
