One bedroom apartment with a private patio, fully renovated in 2024. It is located in the historic centre next to Palacio de las Dueñas, 5min from Las Setas / Plaza de la Encarnación and 15min from the Cathedral.

The kitchen is immediately to the right of the entrance. It is well equipped with all main cooking utensils and appliances, including: fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

The living space is furnished with a sofa, coffee table and smart TV. Dining table with chairs. Beyond is the bedroom with a double bed. A large sliding window runs across the living space and bedroom, which opens to the private patio. It is furnished with garden furniture and an outdoor shower.

Other feautures: fibre optic internet connection and air conditioning in the living room. The bedroom has a ceiling fan.

We loved our apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was excellent, with many bars and restaurants nearby and just a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. I highly recommend this apartment.
