It is only 10 minutes from the AVE station.

It is a duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious living room and kitchen, with capacity for up to 6 people and a truly whimsical decoration and equipment, it enjoys a lot of light thanks to its 4 balconies that face the Church. Very quiet, located in a Sevillian courtyard house, recently renovated and furnished, its comfort will make you feel at home. Ideal to share with family and/or friends, its private roof terrace will make you enjoy beautiful views of the historic center of Seville, while resting or sunbathing. The duplex has a bathroom and two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, with another bathroom, kitchen and a large convertible sofa for two people located on the ground floor. in the classroom. It has all the comforts and utensils to make you feel at home. It has HD TV and WI-FI.

The building has a furnished community terrace that is shared with the other three apartments that are part of the property, in it there is a small pool to enjoy the sunny days in the city.

Conchi was wonderful in getting us settled. The apartment was fantastic and so well appointed. It was great to be there with our family, plenty of room and a lovely terrace. Looking forward to our return, though it will not be soon enough!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the interior was minimalistic but functional. The location downton in the old town is fantastic, everything you want is nearby. The only thing that they must change is the sleeping couch because it was very uncomfortable in comparison to the regular beds. Five stars but please change the sleeping couch ;)

We only stayed here one night and I am thankful. Although it was pretty clean, it was very run down and dated. The couch had a sheet on it and felt unstable, the tv had wires dangling, the bathroom drawer had fallen off, and the toilet button was broken. There were scuffs on the wood and paint and the curtains weren't hanging properly. Those aren't a big deal, but it gave the place an overall dirty feel. There is also a train nearby so a 8:00 am and 8:30 am there were very loud bells! It's on a very busy street, but the street noise wasn't all that bad. The location is ok for walking places.

the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. the apartment was centrally located and within walking distance to everything. you do need to go up stairs to the bedrooms
