It is centrally located on Lumbreras street, near Alameda de Hércules, and 15-20 minutes walk from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 4 guests. The apartment is distributed over two levels. The main floor has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, tv and a fitted wardrobe. The bedrooms face Calle Lumbreras and are equipped with high quality double glazed windows (installed on April 2023). Full bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the living-dining room, kitchen and terrace. The living area has a sofa, coffee table and a smart TV. Dining table with four chairs. The small open-plan kitchen has all main utensils and appliances, including a washing machine. Large sliding doors open to the private terrace with outdoor furniture. North-facing terrace. Lumbreras is on the first and second floors of a recently renovated building with a central courtyard. Without elevator. Mais des escaliers très raides dans l'appartement pour aller des chambres au salon. Cuisine minimaliste, jamais vu un évier si étroit. Dans les chambres, quelques éléments cassés ou manquants, mais rapidement remis en état. Rue très bruyante dès 7h du matin. Éléments historiques facilement accessibles à pieds.
