Lovely place although it could be a bit noisy in the morning. Our room was above the dining hall and we were able to hear banging and table dragging from around 7am which was a shame!

Incredible stay
Amazing hotel. Fantastic staff, unbelievable location and hotel room was superb. Added small toches like having a candled birthday cake treat come to the room and made everything incredibly special and memorable. Thanks to all the lovely staff at Los Seises!

Pros: The property is in a great location, walkable to most locations you’d want to visit in Seville and lots of places to eat and drink. The rooftop/pool area also has a lovely view of the cathedral and the pool is a lot larger than many of the pools in Spanish inner city hotels. Jorge at reception was also amazing, helpful, friendly and provided lots of suggestions on what to do and see in Seville. Cons: the property is a little outdated and the bathroom is sub-par with mould and grime in the bathroom. The safe in the room also didn’t work and one day we returned to our room and notice some money was missing from our bag left in the unlocked safe (€40 so not a lot but it’s just the principal). The rooftop is also rather dated and there are no pool towels until the staff start at midday… strange. Lastly, housekeeping was a little useless, I returned to my room after noticing our “please clean” sign was removed, when I entered the room it had been half cleaned with pillows on the ground, bed half made, rubbish/coffee machine in the process of being cleaned (assume she had taken a break midway through) so I left and returned after 40min to find them still cleaning the room. They also didn’t replenish our coffee, water, body wash or lotion, we had to request via reception.

Beautiful hotel, but needs attention to a few area
Whilst this hotel had beautiful communal areas, our room, whilst nice and large had a problem with an extremely smelly shower drain, housekeeping were aware of it but didn’t do anything until we mentioned it to front desk, (3 days into our 5 day stay) we had a large terrace, but wifi did not work on terrace or on rooftop pool area. In our room we had to listen to very loud music from rooftop bar until 1 AM every morning, we did complain but were just told sorry it finishes at one! However on checkout we did not have to pay the 10 euros bar tab as compensation. Rooftop pool/bar area is very very nice

Very pleasant stay, especially considering the heat wave in Seville. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Inma at the front desk. She always had a smile on her face and ever willing to offer suggestions about tours and sightseeing. Overall, a wonderful hotel with premium facilities.

Great time here! Loved the property and how chic/modern it was in a really historical building. Staff were all super helpful and nice. Bed was very comfortable and we liked the touches such as the robes, rooftop bar and pool access, and decor. Great location where you can really walk everywhere. Highly recommend!

Very well located, steps from the Giralda, friendly staff. Extremely noisy during the weekend. most rooms are facing a courtyard which resonates the music from the rooftop bar opened until 1am on the weekend. Not great when you are travelling with a 8 month old baby and have requested a "quiet" room. So make sure to ask for rooms away from the courtyard.

This hotel was stunning! I came here for my birthday and I will definitely return. The whole place was so clean, the staff was amazing, the A/C made the room nice and cool. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The views from the pool are spectacular, the area phenomenal, the proximity to everything and the value-incredible! I almost don’t want to leave such a great review so it doesn’t get all booked up when I want to come back! All jokes aside, I would highly recommend a stay here. I can’t wait to return.

Great location, but serious issues of cleanliness
Great central location, lovely roof terrace, big room with big bed BUT towels and bedding grey and need replacing; toilet didn't flush properly and despite two cleaners not being able to make it work reception insisted it did work and we just had to stand there for 10 minutes constantly flushing! Very unhelpful!! On the last night they offered to change our room, but it was too late...

Great hotel. In the middle of it all. Minutes walk to the cathedral. Very large and comfortable bed. The staff are amazing. I was trying to reserve ticket for Real Madrid game but since i am an American for some reason all my credit cards wont go through, Paola the receptionist volunteered to use her credit card and i give her cash. What a great service? That what i call going the extra miles to help other. Thanks Paola. BTW, the game was great and RM is the Champeona. Sorry Seviila fans

Fontecruz Sevilla Seize is located in the heart of the old district. (Don’t even try to drive there.) The room was spacious and comfortable. Our package included breakfast which was very good. Staff is extremely helpful. Note that the rooftop pool is much smaller than appears in photos.

Great place to stay in the heart of Sevilla’s old town. This property is not suited for handicaps as the entrance has stairs without a ramp.

Fontecruze was very close to a lot of attractions. The rooftop was beautiful, but the rules for the restaurant and pool weren't clear. Unfortunately, we had a significant amount of ants in our room for our entire four night stay. Also saw a lizard/salamander in the main stairwell. Floors weren't cleaned. Overall, our stay was acceptable based on location but did not meet the rating standard on this site due to cleanliness and service

We really enjoyed the hotel overall. Had an AC issue when we arrived and had to move rooms. Second room was not as large as the first, but still worked well for us. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. We would stay here again. It was a very convenient walk to all thing Seville.

The pictures looked a lot nicer than the actual Place. If thus really is a 4 star hotel, we would expected sone help with the luggage as we had too much to carry ourselves. Also the room wasn’t as advertised abs not 194sqft but far smaller. They said that was a superior room but this was not advertised correctly. They weren’t aware of the hotels.com silver exclusive perks

Good hotel in excellent location
Once you have found the hotel (my taxi driver couldn't !) in the maze of old town streets, you realise that it's in a great location and the views of the Giralda tower are fabulous. Staff helpful, friendly and professional. Communal corridors are probably the most interesting areas of the hotel. Sadly, not enough is made of the historic fabric of the hotel. Bedrooms, "as advertised", and although scrupulously clean with comfortable bed and good quality bed linen, they are fairly stark and don't encourage you to linger. Whilst there is a coffee machine (mine didn't work) in the bedroom, sadly no kettle. The first 2 coffee machine capsules are free - thereafter E.1.50 per capsule. Large well equipped bathroom with excellent L'Occitane toiletries. Lighting could be better above hand basin. Roof terrace and breakfast room look tired and both need improvement. The terrace is a favourite haunt of the young (especially non-residents) in the evenings and can be rowdy. Pool small - too cold to dip when I was there. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety: fresh fruits, hot and hot options - and good service. Perhaps the only real downside for me was the drainage smell found on arrival in the bathroom, Unusually for a 4* hotel and especially as I staying for a week, I was not offered an immediate change of room until the problem (a bidet blockage apparently) was checked. It was fixed but I think similar hotels might have offered an immediate room change or room upgrade.

We loved the roof top terrace and bar, with its amazing views of The Giralda. Breakfast was in an attractive room with features from the original building. The food options were appetising and the staff incredibly friendly and attentive, remembering that we liked decaf coffee.The location of the hotel was excellent although we always got lost in the winding streets!

Great location, very central Seville with roof top terrace view of the cathedral. Stayed for New Year 2020 and enjoyed NYE event of flamenco, dinner and drinks which was arranged in advance with hotel. Breakfast available on site , if you choose. Able to stay with children but be aware steep steps at entrance not helpful for those with pushchairs. Check your room type reservation on arrival. It was disappointing to use time to sort out the right accommodation at the start, but front desk did find a comparable room to original booking.

Bad Experience
We checked in room 105 and the room smelled. When we complained they said that they do not have any room available and have to wait for a day. The smell was coming from sewage and we couldn't sleep the whole night. After several requests, they finally moved us to room 205. They did not even apologize for the smell and later admitted that the room has a problem.
