### Apartment Calzada Sevilla 10

Nice and bright apartment in Seville, with capacity for 6 people, with communal patio, and located in very good area Nervion Buhaira. Just 1 minute walk from the metro stop.  
  
It consists of three bedrooms with double bed each, living - dining room with Wifi, air conditioning, TV, and dining area, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay (washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kitchenware ....).  
  
Pets are allowed free of charge.  
  
 It is located in the heart of the city of Seville, in the neighborhood of Nervión.  
  
Seville is a beautiful city with emblematic neighborhoods such as Triana, known for flamenco or Santa Cruz, where you can also appreciate its craftsmanship. With numerous places of interest to visit, such as the Real Alcazar of Seville, the Plaza of Spain, the Cathedral of Seville, La Giralda, the Torre del Oro, the Maria Luisa Park .... etc., is a perfect city to stroll and discover its many beautiful corners, with typical festivals also perfect to enjoy its atmosphere, such as the April Fair or Easter. For the little ones there are also perfect leisure places, such as the theme park and water park Isla Magica, the Aquarium of Seville or the skating rink. The house is in an area with lots of bars, restaurants, stores...etc.
